yea its the first part of the chapter that has me like that

While playing while playing chapter 6 of eternal throne, I logged out be you know RL stuff, however when I logged back in my character is walking but not the normal way is like she is running but slowly. I have tried to logging out, changing characters (they aren't affected) , mounting up. I did notice that when I log in or change areas my rocket boots are enabled notice that when I was logging back in to complete the chapter. she is stuck like this and i can't fix it

I'm currently looking for an active guild as I'm a returning player. I have a few lvl 65 characters and had last played when Knights of the Fallen Empire was being released. So right now I'm in much need of guidance on how to play the game again (completely lost), have both republic and empire classes.
