  1. We're all forgetting Episode II: Attack of the FOTM. Classic if I do say so myself or my personal favorite Return of the Smash Monkeys
  2. Normally I'm great about not taking aggro from a tank unless they suck or they are a assassin tank. But yeah my peers do have that bad habit and before my tanking alt I had been guilty of that sin more than I'd like to admit.
  3. So I main as a dps character but I like to tank as a hobby lol. Funniest thing happened while I was in group finder. I had a group of a skilled mercenary healer, a damage assassin, myself a Mara, and a jugg tank with a glass jaw. So after much hardship we reach the fp boss. As expected in the home stretch of the fight our tank eats the floor. For some reason me and my medium armored butt decided to face tank in an attempt not to wipe and like a mind reader our merc friend throws the sink at it and somehow keeps me alive and we take no further casualties. I was through the ceiling when we pulled it off. Again I don't main tank so pulling that off was boss. Comments are welcome just thought I'd brag
  4. Everyone has to start as a noob if anything lowbies is where you are supposed to start that way. I smell a troll or an over abundance of willful ignorance
  5. Focus is the easiest tree to learn and easily the most dull. Combat takes real medal so does watchman from what ive seen so far. But My main is combat and it is the most fun you will have tearing and being torn to shreds
  6. I recently made an alt who is my new dedicated pve tank. To start tanking was a little rough but I'm getting it but i notice people love to call blame on tank for wipes. I'm not perfectly innocent some were my fault but i got better after every wipe from figuring what happened. My biggest question ATM is at what point does responsibility fall on r dpsr . I had a healer rage quit cuz he refused to heal himself and the dps weren't following a very efficient kill order. They were going for the biggest baddest thing in the fray which I had aggro on along with a couple smaller things. At that time I though I had made anothwe mistake and kept asking but no one said anything other than he wasn't healing himself. I've since learned how to wrangle agro on most everything in eye sight but is that what is supposed to happen in low lvl fp or should the dps follow kill priority better than that. I'm up to any advice even if it doesn't pertain to my question I'm enjoying learning to tank
  7. Dark side on jk story only appeals to one or 2 companions the others are either neutral or high side i have yet to play it dark so Idk exactly how it goes but I was light side and the last companion always hated me with a vengeance I lost count on the negative affection for light side decisions
  8. I have 2 mains at all times one on each faction when I get irritated on one side i play the other. I learned both classes so i play about the same on both
  9. Okay so I did win one of these encounters at night and to tell the truth just as epic and difficult as it seems and something I'm not sure if I will ever pull off twice. The rush is great but it took everything I had and I was bolstered by 3 lvls
  10. I had to spend all my credits gearing t7 to tank for me. It sucked
  11. Ok that makes it more clear what I saw in some videos of that
  12. Recently ive been in this situation more frequently than I can avoid. 2 guys see me rolling solo and have a rager for the unfair fight they can create. I done expect to win in anything 1 v 3 or more but ive seen videos when sentinels own up on two equal lvl guys at once. I really want to know the strategies behind making that happen. I assume its not easy due to the difficulty of playing sentinel in the first place but I want to know the details behind doing it like spec best suited and strategy to the fight. Anyone who knows or better yet has done this please share your knowledge it would make my favorite class even more awesome to play.
  13. Kbn always does the best posts. The guy taught me a lot about sent
  14. Combat tree tags stuns onto master strike and crippling throw. I'm not familiar with watchman but the dot keeps damage on them if they get out of range for a second or 2. Point is if you know how to play a high lvl sentinel ranged opponents die. Sentinel isn't easy to play but boss when you get it right
  15. Look up "kbn's guide to combat spec" that was my bible for maxing damage in both pve and pvp. Its in the sentinel forum
