  1. Being one of the many people who enjoy low level pvp as I'm not that great at pvp in general, I'd like to lock my level at 40 and not level further so I can enjoy that pvp as long as I want. Of course along with a level lock we'd also get a level unlock to continuing to level if we so please. It'd also be fun for those who want a 50 for nostalgia reasons, or for a level 1 suicide run or whatever else involving levels.
  2. I feel those who have done it once or twice on accident or to just see if it really worked, but didn't buy anything and destroyed the barter items should not receive any punishment. However those who used the exploit and did buy things should receive punishment ranging from 3 days to 3 months depending on how many times they did it along with removal of any credits/currencies/items gained from the exploit. Those who did it and got their companions affection up should have that affection set back to 0 and some ban time. Those who ruined the market or exploited for mass amounts of things should receive perma-bans.
  3. Would a guild suffer reprimand if a member of their guild used exploited credits to buy things for the guild, even if they didn't know a guild member exploited? It would be entirely unfair to ban by association, most will agree I'm sure.
  4. I'm going to be making more of my favorite class and build Corruption Sorc, and it will probably be my 4th and 5th sorcs.
  5. You only need to be subbed for the day that the reward says to be. For the early access you need to be subbed from on every day that gives rewards in order to get early access on October 20th. All in-game rewards will be given via mail on October 27th (Official release).
  6. Everyone who has the new expansion will have a one time option to jump to 60 and skip directly into KOTFE - though you have the option of going from 1 to 60 as you would prior to the expansion still, just not on your direct to 60 toon. Scaling is also done in streamline for all of the alterations done to ops and fps; but this seems to only be in GF. Outside of GF the content should remain the same if you do it by walking in phase. In the new scaled content we might also be getting separate loot tables.
  7. It is basically a sequel to everything that has already happened; I believe you can only skip the original content once - via a Direct-To-60 option that you can only use one time. The return to the old planets is after the damage done to the Empire and the Republic, likely we will only see the damage done in phases, however I'm hoping the changes will be seen for everyone regardless of being subbed or not. There is something going on with companions too, which I'd imagine you can avoid if you simply don't trigger the new event/content.
  8. Simple solution for this, make nightmare flashpoints; it's a small group and it would be very challenging for a group to do. Have the bosses drop one or two tiers below top gear with stat buffs for wearing a whole set, or some sort of set bonus that wont work outside of flashpoints. It won't be top tier and thus it won't be viable for raids or pvp - it's nice and balanced. I love flashpoints, it's my favorite part of the game.
  9. It's been a while since I've seen someone update anything guide related for 50 fp content. I've noticed changes in credit potential when running one of the 50 FPs earlier today. Credit drops seem to have gone back to previous amounts, and now we also have decor drops too; so I figured a new guide is in order. I was thinking about putting up a text guide with videos on Reddit - seeing as how I can't think of a more popular SWTOR forum to post on.
  10. Guild Clean scams are usually most common on hacked accounts. The outside contact is to ensure it's really the person. I just suggested the absolute most secure ways to not be scammed.
  11. There are apparently a few individuals posing as alts for guild leaders and other higher-ups. Take precaution when you encounter an unknown name asking to join the guild with a boost in rank. I strongly suggest doing the following to avoid having items or credits stolen from your guild. Have some form of communication with the account owner; Skype, Vent, TS, Text, etc. Ensure with them that this is indeed their toon Keep withdraw access to the highest level guild members only Require communication from lowers to higher ups to obtain items from bank Make a rule that only items put into the guild bank can only be returned to whoever put it in Have a limit on how many alts may join the guild
  12. Was just discussing the Huttball thing with a friend just last night as well as the FP involving Tython and Korriban. Can't help but notice "new gear tier" and worry it's going to be another reskin of another already existent item in game. Why not have a community armor contest where 8-16 categories are made and give the community x-amount of time to make their own armor, you put the approved of your choice up for a vote and let the community take a week or so to vote on them. Then you make the armor in game at some other point in time. You could also do it for other items as well. On other things I've seen do that it's a big hit and a decent stimulant to keep people excited for new items.
  13. I did not purchase the item and it does not state I purchased the items on my account. Is it giftable or something? I did however look at the items list (the page before purchase) and exited out of the tab. I'm wondering if it was a glitch and if someone could explain this to me.
  14. Because obviously being ranged has no use for you in ops or for healers.
  15. The whole point of like minded guilds is to find and play with like minded people. Well to me that is what guilds are for, they are for people of like mind or like interest.
