I have the same exact issue!

It isn't that simple. They probably rebooted the whole farm, your talking about bringing down a ton of servers, their databases and backend connectivity. Then they have to bring the servers up, make sure all backend services and scripts/databases are running and have full integrity, then they have to bring up the actual application that services logins/runtime etc then reopen connections to the outside world... It isn't as easy as hitting reboot.

Server transfer if it pisses you off so bad.

That's why they test beta on early access users

More likely that the Harb server farm can't handle the load.
