Just curious what the record is for dps atm, just pulled a 1355.35 on my sniper Archurai about 5 minutes ago so... All of the Ev/Kp hm and ec sm drop random hazmat pieces. I ran both last night and saw mostly chest pieces, 1 jug offhand, both speeders dropped, m thrall droid. I will probably run hm ec tonight to check out which boss drops which piece of dread guard so ill keep u posted, but the loot is just random so u might get lucky and get a mainhand or an offhand that u can switch mods for.

When my guild ran it on pts, S&V dropped black-red crystals that are re-able. The reason for it is probably because our rakata mainhands are no longer available. I do not know about what crystals might drop from TFB because of the new patch, but i would assume that black-purples will drop from hm and black-red/ purple would drop from sm... - All I know as of these passed two days and from my time on pts.

When i first started, i noticed that my credits were depleting rapidly. I recommend getting the crew skill slicing, get it up to 400, I am currently playing on Belsavis and if you use your speeder bike and ride around you will notice a lot of slicing that can be done. I played for about 2 hours and easily made 60000 credits just having my friend ride around collecting. I am sure when I reach Ilum, slicing will come in handy because they will probably have around 2k credits per lockbox Also Slicing will sometimes give you crafting missions.. A huge portion of these you can sell for 5-10k per item.
