Click on the "Other" tab in your chat window and you can read what they said. I, too, have a problem reading the text. They really do need to add a ui scale option.

You don't always get new recipes for RE. You just have to keep at it. I've gotten quite a few new recipes this way, but it took a lot of tries to get them.
