  1. It's hilarious that the Trooper has the Assault Cannon, but the secret to his success is the World-Destroying Death Star of Pistols at his hip, which he uses to kill any character in the universe in one-shot, even ones with Plot-armor, like
  2. That's not correct at all. I play other classes and they all have better attacks. My Balance Sentinel has an ability that hits for roughly the same damage as Demo round but Auto-crits every 15 sec. And has an execute that reaches Demo Round numbers. My Sniper has Ambush. I hits as hard as High-Impact Bolt crits, and crits for 25k+, higher than any Demo Round I've seen. And has an execute that reaches Demo Round numbers. My Vanguard has Cell Burst, which is slightly worse damage than demo round, but it's okay because he shoots off High-Impact Bolts that have unnaturally high crit chance for 20k every 5 seconds.
  3. I noticed the person with second-highest DPS tends to get more votes than the first.
  4. This probably isn't a new problem, but I just found world PvP for the first time. Our companions were healing us so well, we couldn't kill each other. (1v1)
  5. I'm apparently a friend to no one because even if I get max Damage with my Commando (*** how?), I hardly ever get MVP votes. It's always the person right below me who gets them. Is it really only one WZ comm? I think it used to be more. And it's only like 15 PvP points (or whatever it's called)
  6. It's true that raiders can't sustain the game. But it was the "Death of WoW" angle that even allowed them to break even on the game. They had to do it.

You sound like an alien. Don't stop posting.
  8. I don't know if it's true, but I like the narrative. I remember the **** talking premades that crushed random teams and acted way too proud of it. I swear they played like 8-12 hours a day too, as if it was some kind of neck-beard growing competition. Ironically introducing ranked probably killed the number of hours played in WZ as these losers ragequit at being matched up against similarly competitive players.
  9. Is there an MMO with good PvP? Serious question. WoW PvP had it's moments. Other MMOs I've played never came anywhere close to something that could be considered competitive or balanced (Even DAOC had completely useless classes)
  10. Not really. I have a sentinel, he has two (three?) snare clears and two leaps. They're on pretty short CD's, so he can almost always pop them when he needs them the most if I'm playing him smartly. It's a practical up-time not a literal up-time. Well that's begging the question. But the most use I've seen with it is against unwary or bad players who will drop one or more of their snare clear as soon as I sticky them. Then get confused when they just get snared immediately afterwards. It's also been useful against enemies chasing other players than me. I can drop sticky grav rounds on a bunch of them and waste all of their snare clears at once.
  11. I'm noticing many melee classes having 75% up-time or more on snare immunity and leaps that ignore Sticky Mods. Has anyone else had this experience? I'm am debating whether or not to drop the utility.
  12. Commando burst seems to completely rely on whether or not your Demolition Round happens to crit. It's not a very fun mechanic. Funnily enough I now remember having the same exact sentiment in 1.0. Then, I was thinking that they were eventually going to add a way to get a Demo Round auto-crit. Sadly I was wrong.
  13. My 8v8 WZ FPS has always hovered around 30fps even when it came out in 2011. It doesn't really matter what settings I use, max or min, FPS still a choppy 30.
  14. Yesterday a Powertech killed me in 4 seconds from full. That's 16k DPS. Nice. Meanwhile my Commando DPS is peaking at about 7k if I had to guess (get lucky with all crits)
