my brother pulled me into the exhaustion zone while I was afk and I died

I got a White Black Indestructable crystal from one of the Dark Vs Light packs, and I've slotted it into my lightsaber, but when I go to collections, it doesn't appear there. Other crystals that dropped added fine, as did other weapons and armor sets, but this one crystal did not. Seeing as it's a pretty nice crystal, I'd like to find out if this is a bug or if this particular crystal just doesn't add to collections if obtained through a DvL pack. Thanks.

When you killed Major Bessiker's son on Balmorra and take the holocron that pointed towards a "weapon", I completed the quest, but got no weapon or anything.
