In short, No. When I get on a SWG kick I play EMU. I never expected this game to be even remotely the same nor a replacement for SWG. I think that seems to be the biggest issue for former SWG players here, they tend to assume it will have major aspects of that game. So they end up alienating them selves and becoming dissatisfied with the product.

Bottom line here, Its his party and he'll cry if he wants to. In my opinion he made Star Wars and he can view it how he wants and change it how he wants. At least he was open minded enough to allow the EU to exist as an alternate (Yes it IS alternate) cannon universe of Star Wars. Now would I appreciate it if they still circulated the original cuts of 4, 5, and 6? yes. But than again the only thing that bothered me about the "Final" cut, was the ending to 6 with Hayden Christensen as Anakin.

I don't think a grace period is too much ask, but that being said, I don't see a point in crying about it if they don't do one. It won't change anything. Also on that note, I was told there was a forum post about the late GameStop and Best Buy pre-order codes (of which most of us had to send a screenie or scan of our receipt to get) being based on the day of the Pre-order opposed to date of code redemption. If anyone has information on this, I would appreciate it. Or direct me to a forum post relating to this. (Preferably one with answers, appose to tears.)

Yeah, TBH I probably would have never logged back in (since I have SWTOR and Emulator).. But since now I KNOW my chars are gone and I have no say about it or the ability to even log in, I'm kind of sad.
