I tried again after this latest patch and it still didn't work. I started an Inquisitor... goodbye buggy BH.

Hopefully now that a bunch of people are reporting the same issue, they'll fix it ASAP!

My ticket was updated to "Under Investigation". Hopefully they'll have this fixed in an upcoming patch.

I also think this is my problem.

I reset and tried the quest again after the latest patch and it has not been fixed... I guess they don't want us progressing our characters.

Has anyone figured out a solution for this or get their tickets answered?????

I tried resetting on Ballomar and Drumond Kass and did not have any luck. No mater what I cannot speak to the droid. I guess i'll just have to wait a week till they get to my ticket.

Yeah the building at the top right of the city is where I need to go and it shows that on the map but the door closes so I can speak with the NPC. I guess I might just have to reset both and try to complete each separately.

I am able to get kill they two people that jump you when going to your ship but then I am unable to turn in the quest. The quest text say says I need to talk to the Droid but he doesn't have a dialogue option and just stands there. When I am outside phase I see the door open but when I walk inside it closes. Because of this I cannot complete this quest and Chaos at the Droid Factory. Anyone figure this out? I have tried resetting multiple times for both quests.
