  1. I run on windows 10 without problem. I had a couple of glitches due to my NVidia 970 card (antialiasing across frames causes me issues so I have it disabled). I have once had my mouse become unresponsive - toon stuck running - but I also experienced that in Windows 7 on occasion. I don't think that it can be down to Windows 10. I've had similar experiences on other online games and it happens so infrequently that I put it down to dropped network packets.
  2. As per the title. I've never experienced this before 4.0. I gather that it may be due to area loot setting. Yellow loot items i.e. those required to complete a mission, often don't register as being collected even though they appear in your missions inventory tab. Often they register when you collect a second item, if you're required to collect more than one e.g. loot 1- it doesn't register; loot another and 2 register. I have also noticed that when it doesn't register as part of the mission progress the item isn't acknowledged in the General window either, even though its placed into you inventory.
  3. As above. I fell for this mistake, selecting the SOLO mode. You need to select the Heroic option in order to destroy the fortress.
  4. I've done the Heroic solo as a tank, but it wasn't easy.
  5. As per title. I use this a lot on my healers and tanks but it no longer works. Or if it does then only for 1% of the time. Is it yet another old bug that has resurfaced in 4.0?
  6. I have the same problem. This is a really old bug that appears to have resurfaced.
  7. Obviously delayed. My client is downloading around 8Gb of patch material now
  8. Same here. run around, kill the adds. It's worth noting that you can target the adds earlier if you select them with the mouse, otherwise they only flag as enemies when they start to do their repair work. Dead adds will drop an item that allows you to turn off a generator.
  9. You could still do Section X, but really you need to move onto Makeb. Build up your planetary comms and mod out your character with the Makeb vendors. Run the odd group finder daily level 50 flashpoints for more comms. If you find that planetary comms are in short supply (for use on Makeb vendor) then run through some lower level heroics. Blue, level 66 mods are better then the Makeb vendor ones. You could purchase them from GTN with the money that you make doing dailies or Makeb storyline if you can't make them. You'll need to visit fleet crafting vendors for advanced crafting skill if you wish to progress beyond 400. Pick up the Czerka dailies area quest from fleet and have a bash at those, although you may find it difficult until you have a few of the higher level mods in your gear.
  10. Thank you for your responses. The outlaw boots are the ones I think. Cartel Market items if I remember correctly. Don't the Gree event items require your character to be level 45 minimum? I'll have to have a look and see if the outlaw boots are still available.
  11. I was looking to match the Handmaiden pants with some knee high boots, but I can't seem to find any suitable for a Sage (light armour). I would like some that extend above the knee at the front. I think that the old Smuggler PvP recruit gear had the look that I'm after, but obviously they are medium armour. Any ideas?
  12. At early levels healing is tough, as you don't have much in the way of energy nor skills to do it with. Players that have reached endgame tend to forget how difficult healing can be at those early levels. You also tend to find that you get tanks that don't wait for you to refresh your energy between fights and as you saw DPS that run off aggroing more than can be coped with. At those early levels I concentrate on the tank during combat, only throwing out the odd heal to dps if I have energy to spare and the tank doesn't need healing. I have always found that healing a flashpoint is very different to healing your comp in PvE, just because the companion is more predictable and you can often stand in one place healing whereas players tend to move ("oh look the tank has leapt beyond my healing range mid-cast, great got to wait for the cooldown to expire and recast time once I move")
  13. The hardware Security Key fob has recently become available on the UK Origin website for £3. Far cheaper than getting a smartphone, iPad or some such. As per the OP I don't have either. Has the Security Key fob been released in Brazil yet?
  14. This the Black Hole daily? Each ant-rad injector lasts long enough to plug two holes (assuming that they're close enough fo you not to move). More rad-injectors dropped by local mobs. Best to wait for the last anti-rad to expire before using another as sometimes they glitch and don't complete their countdown until you get back into the water.
