1.3 is great and i have no problems with it. I don't raid so meh.. On the other hand no one else has Relics/Adrenals so when i go 1 on 1 nothings changed really. I got a pull, knock back, Instant lift for 8 seconds that "doesn't break on dmg", 2 second kick, 4 sec stun ,50% shield ""5 second immunity to force/tech. Oh ya and i can just disappear in a middle of a fight. If this isn't OP then i don't know what is lol... Hybrid is Spec 100% If anyone has any questions about game play, augments (im 14/14), Anything let me know!
