server still kicking people off why wont they make a announcement so we know whats going on?

i had a amd processor running 2.5ghz and a 2gb of ram with a brand new radeon hd 6800 series graphics card and my computer was crap. i load screens took forever my lag was ridiculous forever i was screaming it was the game. so i finally pulled my computer out and realized it was me not the game lol. i upgraded the processor to a dual core 3.2 ghz, and replaced the ram to 4gb. now its like playing a new game i was able to turn up my graphics and i can use my speeder on the fleet with rubber banding or stopping every few inches. so sorry for the rambling but the game is a cpu and ram hog. as long as your cpu runs at 3.2 or faster and a must is 4gb of ram bare minimum. the game uses almost 2gb of ram when running so thats why it lags and load screens suck. oh and your internet connection should be at minimum 25bps on the download side, that can cause some problems as well.

very sad to see that my questing buddy and master crafter will be leaving i do hope you come back LA but if you dont i really understand as i am getting fed up with the game as well. they were making good strides in the right direction then turned and shot off the cliff. its baffling to me how such a thing could happen. i was very happy with the new content and even the slot machines (till the nerf). they got rid of the cost for training skills, then i dont know what happened i used to log in for fun and entertainment and now i log in because i am on automatic payments and keep forgetting to cancel my sub every month.

i have to agreed with the op and many others in this thread. what i dont understand is why cant they either put out a official statement about the machines or fix the %'s on them. it would be very easy to do either, but i just feel that in light of this whole thing and many other things that bw just dosent care about its players payed or otherwise. i feel this was a huge slap in the face. it was like someone giving you watch and then taking it back breaking it handing it back to you and then ask for the time.

you know what i wonder is when all the devs get together and do they actually talk out loud about posting and what they want to get done in the game or do they just sit in big room banging themselves in the head with a rock?

were no upset that they nerfed it were upset that they nerfed it so bad. lets be real about it we knew they were gonna nerf it. but they set the %'s way to low you fail more then you get something now. and when i say fail i mean nothing you dont even get your chip back. atleast during the casino event you got your chip back most of time.

whats really sad is that we all know whats gonna happen next. i have a feeling that next they are going to pull all the slot machines and the mats. if this happens and i dont get any type of compensation meaning i want the money back i spent on the machine itself (the 3mil i spent to buy the machine) plus the money for the mats. i will quit this game forever you will not see a another penny from me or from any of my friends. that would be biggest i dont give a crap about the players payed or other wise.

i think there needs to be a total revamp of the crafting, here's what i would do: 1: as the higher you get in making things the cost should go down in buying new schematics. what is the point in lvling your craft if there is no reward sure you get to wear new and better stuff, but you also have to pay more for the new stuff. 2: i like to be able to reverse engineer i get some of my mats back, but the system should be changed you should be able to click on everything at once and reverse engineer it i don't care if it takes a minute or 3 minutes or hell even five minutes. its to tedious to have to click on things one at a time. 3: you should be able to auto train schematics instead of standing at the trainer, i am currently standing at the bio trainer desperately trying to lvl my bio when i should be doing my new content.

i like this idea, i would also like to see something happen when you marry a comp like a title or a nice cutaway scene. i would also like to be able to talk to my comps at will, no something long or that gives affection even just the ability to click on them and say something to them i feel like their just decorations on the ship. they just stand there and watch you, kinda creepy btw. the only person that says anything is the ship droid and i feel like he wants to lick my boots every time i walk by, really creepy. and btw lord artemis i know you only put in #6 because you hate mako lol
