Did the Skill Vendor move? I've been through every room on the fleet and can't find him... He use to be in the combat training area and now I don't see him.

Almost all the videos I watch on Youtube show the damage fall off an enemy as they are struck. Is there a setting I am missing so that I can see my damage output? I have downloaded Ixale Starparse thinking that would do it but all I see is separate box which shows me my output but not coming off of the enemy I am attacking. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

I am trying to develop my Armormech crew skill and it is currently at level 160 however, I am not getting new items to build in or order to level up more. I only have one assembly component option to build, am I missing something or is this a bug? Thanks!
