  1. Blue and purple Ears and Implants sell really well on my server since you cant get them regularly with commendations.
  2. I find crafting fun and while i didn't sell anything till i hit 50 I've since sold about 1 million worth of purples on the GTN slowly at about 50k credits a time. Its not a get rich thing at all since you can run dailies and get those 50k credits in less then in an hour. With that said I play a moderate amount of time and atm have 4 400 crafters and working on the last 2 I have 2 of every gather skill and 1-2 of the missions skills I also have 6 slicers that provide me like 30k credits in an hour and alot of missions/schematics that I use ( I have like 50 missions across my 6 slicers in their cargo holds atm). If you don't like crafting go biochem/bioanalysis/slicing then drop slicing at 50 for diplomacy. I'm pretty okay with crafting minus the fact that biochem is OP I never really expected to be able to craft BIS everything. Only thing really wrong with crafting is that commendation vendors are a little too cheap raise the prices by about 50% and you'd probably sell more things. Also the game would probably be better if daily mods/commendations didn't exist at all and they just compensated those missions with more credits.
  3. I like to use him for producing RE green items since your gonna RE them anyways you dont care if they crit or whatever. Also i tend to have him run the moderate missions and give the +abundant missions to the other 4 companions im not using.
  4. Endgame atm isn't very good so a lot of people hit 50 then immediately start another class quest so alts are actually super common. Synthweaving is as useful as any other profession minus biochem. It provides an alternative way to get easy to get blue gear if you don't want to farm flashpoints. You can make money with it if you get a nice lvl 49 RE purple pattern but expect to sell something every other day or so GTN isn't super active.
  5. Slicing generates about 5k credits an hour per companion at 400 not counting the missions you get and schematics its pretty useful if you roll up say 6 alts generating 30k credits an hour so you can craft with the other 2 just run a timer and log in on them once every 35 mins. I enjoy slicing atm on my alts because it lets me craft and watch tv which i kinda enjoy without having to go run dailies with my 50 to gather credits to run gathering missions. Most of your money btw comes from critting missions. BUt even the robot tends to crit once about 10% of the time on slicing missions which you gain a large profit from. Now would I ever keep slicing on my main, no i wouldn't. In theory if your raiding though and serious your pigeon holed into biochem/bioanlysis/diplo
  6. if a dev even cares about this at all. All they will do is put 400 skill requirement to use the rakata gear for all the crafts not reverse the decision to put it on biochem.
  7. Before this patch slicing missions were still plenty profitable at 400 you could make about 5-10k credits an hour with 2 companions at lvl 15ish. I know I have 6 i run and make about 50-100k credits a day off them for about 3 mins of logging in/log out every 40mins. Will have to see if there is any change with todays patch. Oh and that was not counting selling schematics and missions i just hoard those in my inventory atm for later but i have like 150 missions in cargo hold atm across those 6 characters and probably around 40 schematics.
  8. only thing noticable thing for me was it made the shadows look like shadows instead of scribbles. Still it doesn't seem to effect my fps at all so why not have it on. Load times are maybe a few secs longer but not that big a deal. Nvidia user btw.
  9. Guild Wars 1 wasn't an E-sport why would you think GW2 would be. I do hope this game gets an arena/ladder system and tries to compete with WoW in terms of pvp but i really doubt EA will invest the cash/effort to get it going and warzones/battlegrounds will never be pvp endgame material.
  10. Seems like alot of QQ either they put in pvp gear with a pro pvp STAT or you scrubs crying are just gonna get rolled by Dragon killers in better gear. If you want to play a game where gear means nothing then go play an FPS a MOBA or Guild Wars and G.T.F.O.
  11. Done atleast 40 RE with no schematic myself bout ready to give up on it, though i did have trouble with a few before this requiring in the range of 20 REs.
  12. For the most part I'm pretty happy with all the useful skills we have. If you want to play a game that only requires 3-5 buttons go try rift or a game with like 6-10 go play wow, we are not the only class that to excel you need to monitor + 12 buttons. Although one change i would like would be a talent that makes charge dmg AOE in the tank tree or low in the bottom tier pvp tree.
  13. 12345QERTGVYHU shift 12345QERTGVFCY Ctrl 4567QERTGVFY oh and i use Alt+Q as my drink/food or in this game channeled self heal. This game does make use of just about all my keybinds which is around 35. I'm actually enjoying it after playing rift where you only really used like 5 keybinds in a typical rotation.
  14. I've enjoyed synthweaving with my main with that said I' drop it for biochem if i wasn't sure it was getting nerfed soon. Reusable stims aren't as big a deal as reusable adrenals are.
  15. Everquest 1 the major MMO before WoW originally took about 40 days played to hit max level, it was actually a big deal to your guild and you etc and you could raid before max level. Compared to WoW which initially was like 5-10days. This game if you rushed was about 1-2 days. Just a modern western mmo trend were lazy and we like to play madden and the faster we hit max lvl the faster we can shell out money for other EA games.
