Best fix is to just give everyone equal stats and talents in PvP. After all, PvP should be about strategy, player skills, and team work not who has better gear. The stat booster to give lower level a fair chance was an amazing idea but falls short due to end game expertise gearing and talents. PvP should only provide a different set of gear for looks, stats to fill missing pve slots, and vanity items such as mounts.

I think this is a bad path to go down if they do decide to do this. Merging servers is a much better option.
