    seriously been on hold for 1 hour trying to get a hold of customer service......is this a joke???

    still not fixed and i have been on hold on the phone for 37 minutes

    still have the "no active subscription" message....i have been waiting on hold on the phone for 17 minutes as well.....pretty frustrating
