  1. No replies, shocking. What are people's opinions? I guess replying would be a moot point, not like Bioware even cares.
  2. Not likely, they lack too many elements to make this game successful, and already players are abusing abilities to make the only fun part of the game (Huttball) a nuissance to play. Being pulled into fire by team mates or having Jugs push people to caps. Too many people getting away with this to keep my interest. GJ killing a could-be game Bioware. And I don't even want to hear anything about EA, this is all on Bioware.
  3. In the beta the game seemed great, I really liked it. The first month or two the game was out, it was awesome. It still is fun. But this is a list I've compiled, and I'm sure I'm not the only one that sees these things. With what the game has become, I doubt I'll end up renewing my account, which is sad since I was so excited for the game, bought the collectors edition pre-order and everything. PvE: Leveling - It seems like each planet is the same thing. While yes, there are differences in stories and terrain, the planets get old and once you get several characters to say Belsavis or Voss even it just feels like you've been to the same planet a dozen times with a different mask. Flashpoints - Whoever the genius was behind deciding not to make a LFG system needs to be fired. This single feature possibly could have saved the game, but by now people are/have made their decisions about renewal. When it takes 1-3 hours to find a flashpoint group (all of which time you are not leveling since you have to spam in the fleet) it's very absurd. PvP: Pick & Play - Why are we forced to play random? Maybe I queue with 2-3 friends and would like to play only Huttball since the other two are completely impossible to win (being Empire) because 95% of the players have the equivalent IQ of a braindead cat high on acid. I picked Empire assuming all the kids would go play Republic (like Alliance for WoW, be the good guys.) Ranking System - A system needs to be setup so that when a player queues for Warzones, their Valor Ranking is taken into consideration. I'm tired of queueing as Valor rank 20+ and being on teams with people that are level 10-25 and have no clue how to win the Warzone let alone playing their characters. Players & Customer Support: Learn to Punish - This is a key problem of all Online games now-a-days. There are so many trolls out there (keep reading, you'll very likely see a couple dozen) that the developers aren't even dealing with them anymore. My killing point for this game was when I got into a Warzone with a level 43 Sorc who was pulling his own team members into fire pits in Huttball killing people, and Jugs intentionally knocking players to our cap. I have about a month left on my sub, as much as I'd prefer to keep the money and just have it cancelled now, I guess I'll try to find something to do before I inevitably look for an MMO to play once again. Thanks for taking a good game, good concept and killing it Bioware. Be sure to include some common sense in the development of your next game.
  4. Please, exit stage right pay no attention to the circling sharks in the pool you may be pushed into.
  5. Obviously you did not do any beta testing. Because the last beta weekend was a "Stress Test" now that the game has actually launched they're saying "We're stress testing again." It just seems a bit deceptive, so I have no clue what they were doing over beta since they said they were stress testing and are now stress testing. So did they then and are now lying, or are they now and were lying? And what does reading comprehension have anything to do with a MMO launch? Any gamer with or without reading comprehension knows that the MMO launch should be done in a more proffessional manner. This is an MMO and we are paying monthly subscriptions for equal treatment, this is not F2P so nobody has special access and yet some people are receiving it. This only leads to the next steps being: A) A few months down the road "Well, we're moving the game to Free to Play." B) A few months down the road 'Well, we don't have enough players so we're shutting down the servers." I agree with the OP and other threads like this, very poor job Bioware, you should be very disappointed. The developers should be in control of the launch, not the publishing company. The publishing company should only be responsible for the release dates.
  6. Clearly someone has never been to an MMO launch so they can realize how big a fail this is. Bioware/Lucas Arts/EA have: Eliminated competatitve PvE progression (World-Wide) Eliminated the PvP server population But hey, at least we can count the OP as being one of the people leaving after a month when they realize the game is too hard for them since clearly they don't have the mental capacity to realize how bad of an idea it is to launch an MMO in waves. Wish I could say it was nice to meet you, but alas... Bye. And just so you know, you have a brown smudge on your nose.
  7. If you are a woman - Marry me... If you are a man - I may warm up to you... Well said. Either do waves 24/7 until everyone is in, or launch all at once.
  8. Too bad Bioware doesn't read this stuff. They post, then close the forums like toddlers. You people are *********** the people that plan to play on PvP servers. Go back to school until you get some common sense. Then when you still have none, go join Riot and LoL.
  9. You sir are correct. And players like myself who pre-ordered, and entered code on day 1 who plan to play on a PvP server are at a major disadvantage. Way to blow it out the *** Bioware.
  10. Personally I wish I could meet you face to face. But hey, you don't get what you want, I don't get what I want. Consider yourself lucky kid. But hey, stick to your PvE server so you can be coddled by the NPCs and wave as your enemy walks by. I myself will be on a PvP server hunting down all the failures from these two companies - Even at a level disadvantage the evident common sense factor should turn the tables in my favor.
  11. Agreed, and since I plan to play on a PvP server - Dumb Bioware is Dumb?
  12. Bioware - you must not see any of these threads so i'm going to talk loud for you. Try to see this please! Your player base is upset at the action you're taking with the waves. This typically means to stop doing what you're doing and reflect. You are currently biting the hand that is feeding you as the player base is the same people that will provide you with an income and from the forums that i'm reading (and you're apparently neglecting) you are not giving a good reason to pay. I of course plan to pay regardless, i simply will not invest in any other games you release, and i will be sure to advise against purchases from your company as you are clearly too simple minded to simply read your own forums. The waves are a bad idea - they are causing players to have extra time that others do not, splitting guilds up and are limiting the patience of your player base which has (again, according to your own forums) drastically begin to shatter. I can only imagine the chaos that will ensue when you stop sending waves today. If you want to be the intelligent company that alot of people think you are - this last wave should very well include the remaining pre-orders.
