Hi! I have got a little problem. I started KOTET Chapter IX - The Eternal Throne. When I started the conversation with Valkorion after the duel with him, the conversation freezes and nothing happens and then my game turns off. Please help, I want to end KOTET!!!!

Hi! I have a technical problem, but I don't know how to solve it. Namely, I wanted to do Chapter 9 KOTET - The Eternal Throne a month ago and everything worked great and smooth until the duel with Valkorion ended. The last conversation begins with the mission "Claim the Eternal Throne" and at some point the conversation is jammed, nothing goes on (all the time at the same point) and there are two breaks where you don't hear the music and then my game turn off. What can I do, because I don't have any ideas and i started this chapter with 5-6 times again from the begining. Help!!!!!
