Hi all, I have a scoundrel ( ruffian ) lvl30 I have not seen any proc highlighting on my abilities as yet am I doing something wrong ?.. Killing mobs not a problem..

This is still going on, same thing over & over again.. Stuck in convo, after speaking. Have other toons all going well with them, just smuggler.. Haven't tried hitting the space-bar though, does that help ?..
