  1. Have multiple spots on multiple worlds that can be controlled. The more of the spots your alliance controls, the more benefits you get from it. Also, the more you control the greater the benefit becomes. Benefits that gain you things like lower cost of some things, maybe a buff that you can get from a merchant in a controlled area that lasts all day. That is my general idea.
  2. As the title says, I just want to submit bugs, even stuck bugs, without being contacted by a GM or whomever. For example, I was in a place that caused my character to get stuck. Using /stuck freed me but it is an obvious place in the map where you don't want to go unless you want to get stuck. So, I submit a bug indicating the coordinates where you can get stuck then I use /stuck to get free and move on. I am then contacted by someone in customer service who wants to help me get unstuck. I have to tell them the situation and they go about their business and I go about mine. I want to be able to submit bugs like this without taking up their time for someone that really needs it.
  3. I want my cutsie pets. I don't see how it affects gameplay in a negative manner. You can say immersion but I think it adds to it, not takes away.
  4. and the point is made even more since the game has been out less than 3 months
  5. They can't if their paid time has run out. Only if you have time left after unsubbing can you post here. So, you will not get answers from those that unsubbed more than 30 days ago. EDIT: Or those that unsubbed before their next cycle and that cycle has gone by.
  6. and here I thought this was going to be about The Wall on Dromund Kaas
  7. Well, you can say it is ridiculous but a lot of MMOs I have played were terrible at first, including the example from this thread which is WoW. They were really bad in the beginning to the point of not even answering at all. They got better it seems, so I was applying the same logic to BioWare. They may not have the time to get better like another post said, and times are different, so we will see if it kills the game or not.
  8. Ah, that very well could be. Maybe over time they will get better the way it sounds like Blizzard did. Time will tell.
  9. Yes, I am one with different experiences, at least for urgent tickets. So, I cannot say who really is doing the better job as the ones having the problems will be the ones you see complaining. Therefore, I can't say if most people are experiencing what you are or what I am.
  10. Perfect example that not everyone has the same experience. I had twice been stuck in SWTOR which caused even /stuck to not work. I submitted a ticket and got a GM within 1 minute and the next time in about 4 minutes. I have not had any more urgent ones so my sample is small. In WoW, I had waiting times of minutes and hours, or no response at all, but that was a larger sample size, maybe 10 total. So, I am not sure I can say SWTOR is any better or worse for urgent needs, but I do know that Blizzard did a better job of handling the non-urgent ones, or at least made you feel like they did.
  11. I just want to remind all the responders to not take your WoW experience as the same as what everyone experienced. I certainly was not responded to within a day or 2 for non-critical matters a LOT fo times. I even had an urgent matter that I waited online for 3 hours and never got responded to, so I just logged off. I only played for a little under 2 years so it may have improved later, but don't put everyone into the same basket when it comes to experience.
  12. Yes, I have the same issue. I love the game but some of the tickets just get pushed aside and even answered that they sent me an email which I did not get. To be fair though, I didn't have any different experience in WoW. SWTOR GMs will respond to me within a minute or two if it is urgent, which was better than my WoW experience. However, I am sure that experience is different for everyone.
  13. Well, I for one didn't buy the CE for the CE vendor but it wasn't affected by this, just the VIP vendor. Anyway, I could care less about the in game stuff, I got the CE for the physical items and find it well worth it since I collect SW statues.
  14. You are right, I didn't mean it to come out that way but I guess it did. My point was that the CE vendor was the only one they said would be exclusive that I remembered. EDIT:and that the VIP lounge is not worthless since there is an exclusive vendor. However, yes, they should have made all vendors in the VIP lounge have exclusive items since you have to pay so much to get in there, otherwise it is pointless and you can just wait until they go "on sale".
