Did you check with the PVP Police? Might want to get their approval beforehand to make sure this is okay But in all honesty it sounds pretty cool. I like the idea of having it inside strongholds and flagships. We need more of these type of events.

Easiest way to contact Reign would be through the ranked channel on Imp side. We used that last night to contact SMF and set up some ranked queues and it worked well. As far as our ranked schedule, here is what we have going so far. Wed night - Practice and premade normals for gear. Fri/Sun nights - Ranked queues from 7-10 pm. We'll announce on pub side ranked channel once we've organized and are ready to queue up for ranked WZ.

Good games last night vs SMF. We found out we definitely need to work on gearing our DPS. We'll hopefully be at it again every Sunday night. We're trying to get a team for Wed nights as well, but there are a few of our main pvp'ers that can't be there very late on Wed. Friday nights is another possibility for us as well. Good games, looking forward to more ranked games here soon.

We've been forming and queuing as groups of four all week to gear up and have done just fine vs Pub side. Yes there are more organized groups on the Pub side and WAY more healers. With that said, as long as I've queued with four man groups, we've had good success. Had some real good matches with Immortal, Bad Company, Credit Shot, Crimson Elite and others. We tried queuing for awhile in ranked last night, but I guess no one else is doing it yet. I look forward to some good ranked battles in the near future. I will update our schedule when I can, for now it is: Wed - Practice/gear nights. Four man groups running normal WZ. If good mix and interest is there, we'll queue for ranked. Fri/Sun - Ranked nights. Should be in queue around 7-10 Central time. Hoping to have enough interest to get 2 groups going if we get enough geared and interested.

I know Black Sun, Warcloud, JJ, (Yes, I know there are pub guilds as well ) and others had been doing ranked Wed, Thurs, and Fri nights for awhile before 2.0 hit. Reign is finally getting it's PVP crap together after a long absence. We are looking for the best nights to get our best teams out there. Wed, Fri, and Sun nights seem to be the best mix for us right now. We are currently gearing, practicing, and mix/matching the best groups but are hoping to find a couple nights each week to start queuing against other guilds again. Just wanted input from those other ranked guilds on what nights they queue the most so we can try to organize it the same way. Thanks, cya in the WZ soon!

If you have to tell everyone your name and how good you are at pvp, are you really that good? Now Swarna, there's a blast from the past. I had the honor of drawing his name in the 1st Jung Ma dueling tourney on Nar Shadaa. He wiped out my full heal-spec sorc pretty quick and lost later to Tidus who won that tourney I believe. In my defense, i was a fill-in because they were short people, I didn't intend on dueling with a healing sorc. Still a name that people who've been on this server since launch would remember as one of the best.

I'm continuing to try to get more of Reign involved in this. We are working on a ranked team or two of our own, but I've been pushing this ranked channel as a good opportunity and some have already used it, including myself. Had a good time last Friday running them. Hopefully this catches on and gets bigger and better!

A lot of good things happening at Reign right now. 2 progressive groups going 2 nights a week each, a 16 man going again this next week, and an active pvp community. Still working on getting a ranked WZ group or two organized, but some of us are jumping in on Wed-Fri nights in the WZ channel and running ranked. Fairest way to balance this is to make the stun only available on the sorc themselves. Problem solved. It works how it was intended to work, to keep melee off the sorc since they are so squishy. Bubble still absorbs dmg on others, but doesn't stun when broken. End of story, everyone is still happy!
