This might be a stretch but since many of the other quests/pets use things that already are there. Might it be likely that the Hydro-Thinner device bought from the Hoth cantina vendor might help? I mean, it does melt ice around a datacron. Surely it has some other use.

When is Defend the Shipment for the Empire on Ilum going to be fixed? You pretty much can't do it unless you're there within an hour after a server restart.

Any clues to get that super rare item there Mr. Zoeller sir?
