I dig you. Solution is easy: Just spam them with support mails, if they don't respond call credit card company and ask for an immediate cancellation of the transfer. If a few people do this the credit card company will automatically contact bio/ea and at latest it will be fixed then.

Was ich noch witzig finde ist das Server die gestern noch auf Light waren heute morgen voll sind. Lustig wäre es ja wenn man tatsächlich auch neue Leute auf dem Server finden würde aber tatsächlich sind es nicht mehr als 600 Leute auf dem server mit ner Warteschlange von 100. Ich weiss ja nicht aber irgendwas schrauben die hier komplett in die falsche Richtung.

Ich stimme dir absolut zu... der server war gestern abend leer und ist es heute immer noch aber einfach mit ner warteschlange.. Ich frag mich echt was die jungs gerade machen. Gleichzeitig haben sie anscheinend das cap von Jarkai Sword gehoben weil der zum ersten mal seit tagen keine Warteschlange mehr hat. Weiss der Geier was die Jungs hier treiben, auf jeden Fall macht das absolut keinen spass wenn man warten muss um 12 und trotzdem kein Mensch für ne Ini da ist.

Well let me summarize the situation: Got early access on Wednesday; Rolled a char on Jar'kai Sword. Leveled up to 20. Well I couldn't bare the 3h queue so I rerolled on Loramarr which was light at that point in time. Until Sunday it was freaking empty there weren't even enough people on the server to find a group for Athis. On Monday morning I then got the great pending quests bug, an issue which apparently has been around since the beta and makes the game unplayable since I cannot complete a single quest. First I try writing a ticket.. well doesn't get answered until the end of the day. Now I try logging in on my server, which was still light until yesterday and what has happened... its already full at 10.30 in the morning with a queue of 30 minutes. These are just not conditions under which one can play. There still is no fix for the blueberry issue and the server queue issue hasn't been resolved either. I know you guys have got a lot to do but I see dozens of posts on the server queue issue and a almost 70 page long thread on the blueberry issue where people are stuck and cannot do anything for three days and the only thing you can come up with is just be patient we are working on it? Are you kidding me?
