  1. Actually, you get Torian Cadera (melee dps) before you get Blizz.
  2. At the bottom of the mouse, change the slider to "Num". Then, while binding the keys, press the mousebuttons. They will look like the regular numbers on your bar, but are in fact the numkeys.
  3. Actually, Sith Sorcs can (and frequently do) abuse this, since they have a skill where they sacrifice health. The player in question contributes about as much to a WZ as autoerotica contributes to having children. Yeah, I get it. In order to win a match, everyone has to do their job. As a healer, I would rather heal an additional 100k instead of doing 75k dmg, thereby sacrificing a potential medal to get a team win. However, not everyone thinks like this. Some like to spread themselves thin or go out of their way to earn more medals, thereby hurting the team. If they do that, then it's fine. If they just sit there with their thumbs up their behinds, not knowing what a chat box is, and merely want 2-3 medals with minimal contribution, then that is hurting the team. Well, I've seen stealthers waiting at an Alderaan point for their teammate to die before joining the action, in order to secure the assassin medal. That, imo, is wrong on so many levels. Agreed. It's just the people abusing mechanics trying to get 10-12 medals with no regards to the team that irk me.
  4. Well, everything can be abused... Sith Sorcs can damage themselves, and then heal. Besides, 2.5k heal is ridiculously easy to achieve, even for classes with zero points in their heal tree. Or, as I've seen it, people with dps specs will heal just to get this medal as soon as they get their 75k dmg medal. On Alderaan, you can get both 1k and 3k by merely camping an uncontested point, while doing the above mentioned heal abuse to get 2 additional medals. Actually, it favors classes with single burst moves, instead of damage from multiple sources (e.g. dots). But I'll let it count as contribution Yeah, this one's the free medal. Even the healers go for it (see 75k heal medal above), and the people on Alderaan usually start to abandon their posts and go zerging as soon as they have the objective medals. The killing blow medal is imo kinda pointless. Everyone with instants can get it, and people usually killsteal while they don't have the medal yet. As for 1vs1 medal, that one's actually detrimental to the game: it leads to people solo roaming to catch someone far away from an objective.
  5. Actually, it specifically includes the types of eligible targets. Player characters are not among those.
  6. Depends on how well geared they are. My companion wears my old T2 tank gear, and can tank reasonably well.
  7. You don't have to. There are plenty of SIMlock free, high quality and affordable (<100€) smart phones out there, if you don't insist on getting one of the newest generation. Low-cost subscriptions plus internet flatrate for mobile phones cost about 10-15€ a month where I live, depending on usage. Don't let AT&T and T-Mobile scare you away from a piece of useful technology.
  8. There are people who don't have one?
  9. And that would help alleviate the most common problem: The lack of certain roles (Healers/Tanks especially) when looking for flashpoint/operation groups. Now, with the new versatility, people get to fill more roles. I'm sure some of you will feel the urge to respond with anecdotal evidence à la "OMG, that Powertech was just a Merc 10min ago. I'm sure he can't tank...", but seriously, how hard is tanking/healing/dpsing in this game? Unless you're a total mouthbreather, it takes a maximum of 1h to get the hang of a new role. And before you pull out the Lootninja card, be advised that all endgame gear is token based, and operations distribute the gear automatically.
  10. You've gotten more relics than I've gotten Champion items. And I've opened ~30 bags, only to receive 3 items.
  11. Either way, there is no paper in Star Wars
  12. Sith philosophy tends to promote Alpha males, whereas Jedi teachings encourage Beta behaviour.
