Same here. It was reset this morning for me and all four of the components I have collected so far are gone. It was showing up in my mission tracker--even though I didn't have it tracked yesterday--and was back at the Travel to the Theoretika stage. I wasn't able to play yesterday, but was really concerned about this when I read these posts. However, this morning I am able to queue up for both just fine (sub-50). So either BW fixed the issue or some characters are bugged.

20% chance does not mean that 20% of your attempts to RE will succeed. That is what your are saying when you come up with 3.3%. 20% means that the one instance of RE on that items has a 20% chance. It sucks but it is completely possible to not get a single Researched schematic after dozens of attempts--it's happened to me many times. Each RE is a new attempt. It is not stacking in such a way that you will get it after a certain number of tries.
