  1. Would just like to weigh in, yea Pazaak would be excellent to be honest, I mean we had it in Kotor and it's long been requested, could even have player tournaments or just something to kill time whilst you wait for something or someone and I can't for the life of me understand why bioware has yet to add it
  2. Yea...there's a great many bugs that have been in the game for over 2 years now, don't expect a speedy result...or any result..game is starting to fall apart at the seams, little things add up, and there is alot of little things at this point as they get brushed under the carpet.
  3. As said happens with basically every weapon, bugs that have been around far long than they should have, bioware seems to have stopped fixed bugs and is just putting in things that get them money, Hell Inquisitor's lightning always reverts to white in scenes too....
  4. Entirely with you, so many bugs in the game still even after 2 years ( Alot of jedi knight abilities lack a saber impact sound, Sentinel also has ability where the lightsaber actually lags a fraction of a second behind the actual blade which looks a bit amateurish). Star wars is known for some of the most Iconic sounds in media, and they are entirely wasted in this game at the moment, because there are alot of bugged sounds and as has been pointed about before...it's a very quiet game...music just dissapears, saber hum fades out after a couple of seconds idle...oh such a shame
  5. I love it myself, fun addictive way to spend time, Obviously it has its downfalls, like 2 maps and 1 gamemode..I'm sure I'm not the only person here who wants to be escorting ships while other team tries to take them out, or getting involved in large fleet battles with capital ships, or having to take out installations that could involve some skillful flying between the super structure ( I'm thinking of you Falcon Vs Under construction Deathstar ) So yea, I'm hoping that they expand on it, hoping we see different tiers of ships as well as just different play styles ( I mean there should be advanced fighters that have to be EARNED through play, I mean a Tie Fighter was just flat out outclassed by a Tie Advanced or the even more powerful Tie Defender ) And well..you know...cockpits please! It's a great place to start from, but it better be just the start! PS, I know it's a small thing, but when using quad cannons and firing other weapons in a strike craft can you make it use every hard point, and not just 2, so rapid fire would cycle through every point instead of just bottom 2 hardpoints
  6. I've always wondered why SWTOR was never built like this to begin with, I mean, no one likes to stare at a loading screen, especially for certain planets with longer times ( "Cough" Nar Shaddaa, Hoth, Tatooine "Cough" ) and they could do so much during these scenes to convey the type of planet, like with the example when landing on Nar Shaddaa you can see just how busy and alive the planet is, and for people that don't care for it, yea, they can just skip it when it's loaded properly, no loss and a more consistent world for all.
  7. Kind of with you on this, Do find it a little irritating how on most planets when you take off your ship will just disappear before it's supposed to just into thin air after a few metres and yea the voidstar bug, oh dear, that sure has been around a looooong time, But wow the quality of that new Republic Fleet docking scene, so good. And yes, several re-installs, repairs, complete system re-installs and has always done it
  8. I was kinda with you up until the point you said Huttball was a masterpiece, yea, now I'm done. I've always wanted to see them escalate the war between the Republic and Empire to something meaningful that players took part in, but never going to happen, especially on an engine that can't handle it.
  9. Managed to take the "War" out of "Star Wars"? Does anyone at any point in the game feel like they are part of a galactic conflict? Open world conflicts are more or less non existent. "Warzones" Are minor scuffles of small forces (except for the Awful huttball where apparently the mortal enemies have time to put the whole galactic conquest aside for a friendly game of sport). Even the NPC's in the game just stand around thier camps having friendly chats instead of raiding enemy compounds or having any real zeal to kill their hated enemies. I don't know if it's just me, but there just doesn't seem to be any feeling of War and Conflict in the game..and it's so sad, to remove a fundamental aspect of what makes Star Wars, Star "Wars".
  10. Ugh don't remind me, try to block him out, so tired of Steve Blum, in so many games and as people have said he does the voice of countless characters in SWTOR...just the same voice over and over again talking in one long incredibly unbroken sentence moving from topic to topic so no one has the chance to interrupt him it was really quite hypnotic, almost as annoying Jennifer Hale..
  11. Yea, I'd love to see this too, Some weapons just sound whiny but look great, I'd love to be able to make it sound better
  12. This is beyond ridiculous now that they still have not implemented this, sound in general in this game seems to be taking a back seat, more and more audio bugs are creeping in each patch when older ones continue to persist ( Missing Jedi Knights swooshing sounds for certain abilities and saber contact sounds when hitting opponents "Sundering strike" for example, Scoundrels "Quick shot" going from Boom when used to complete silence now, "Tracer missile" making no build up or launch sound, the list goes on and on ) I'm beginning to wonder if Bioware even has a sound team working on this game any more...Star wars was in large part about iconic sounds. The hum of a saber (which is another bugged sound that has gone to almost complete silence unless you're moving causing the volume of it to go up and down drastically when moving and stopping), the orchestral music that as pointed out doesn't loop so most of the time complete silence...what is Bioware doing...
  13. Yea, don't think for a second he's dead, at the end of the day, jedi and sith can use the force to cushion thier fall and land from terminal velocity, so how far he falls is irrelevant, he's still alive I wouldn't doubt that
  14. Happening on Progenitor on Alderaan too
  15. That's the thing, some Sound FX/weapon Effects have been broken for months/since day one, For example, the jedi knight, One of the most Iconic classes in Star Wars has had broken sounds/FX that the Sith Warrior hasn't since day one. For example, The guardian ability Sundering Strike, has no sound FX for when the saber strikes the target, it's just saber hum, Sundering assault however for the Juggernaught, has an impact sound FX making it sound alot beefier than the Guardian. Even Master Strike, 2 of the 3 hits have no impact sound, and no saber "trail" even, something that again the Sith Warriors Ravage doesn't have a problem with (all 3 strikes make noise and has a saber trail) main reason I don't want to play my guardian anymore, it just makes the combat really quiet when so many attacks don't make impact noise, this is something that has been an issue since release, that I have /bugged more than once, and each major release see's no change. (sentinal has a funny one where the "trails" on Zealous strike actually lag slightly behind the saber giving it a delayed effect Again, has been around for a long time now)
