i actually ran into the same situation and wondering the same thing

So if people go onto their SWTOR account, they sent up the cool system of checks to make sure we have done everything right. So my question is this my redeem production registration code isn't checked off as done yet. But i did it back in september. So i go to put in my code again and it says already in use. Does this mean its just an error on their part, or has someone used my code?
