  3. Ticket Number: 14027765 I have not received my Guild reward for the week just past on two of my characters. At least some type of feedback would be great seeming it is more than one person with the issue.
  4. It is not working as intended... Battle of ilum gives me 3000, bonus boss another 3000 at the end I get 7000. My strong hold bonus is 100% therefore I should be getting 12000 points. I have spammed the bug report but no reply. Does any one know what is happening?

  6. STILL LOCKED Around 8am yesterday (AEST) I went to transfer my level 55 character from Master Dar'Nala to the Bastion and it failed to transfer. I do not have my character slots maxed out on the destination server so ths is not the issue. My other characters transfered with no issues however this character has not. I raised an ingame ticket as soon as this occurred yet I have no response. This is 24 hours ago. I see other people getting their locked characters fixed with communication over it however you have not rectified this issue. Please do not respond with a generic "you symperthise with my frustrations". I am looking for action and a solution so that I can get back into playing the game. Please respond.
  7. There is nothing perceived about BW's lack of communication. You consistently fail to supply adequate information. Your customer base keeps letting you know this you you still live under a rock.
  8. BW is no working on it, they dont care. They have your money and could not give a **** about what happens next. There are problems but do you think they will fix them in an efficient manor? **** no. I have characters locked and do not know what is being done about it oh hang on they could be designing the next janitor uniform for the cartel market. I was a big supporter of this move but the constant **** arounds I have been getting over the past month has soured any enjoyment I get out of this game. Warhammer online died because of the ******** customer service and lip service they provided their community. You are doing the same thing and you are heading the same way. Raging? *********** oath... Would I type the same thing if I was calm? Yes, maybe a little more PG friendly.
  9. So 12 hours ago I raised an issue with a locked character only to be advised it was fixed... BUT IT IS NOT. I mean does BW really care about the lack of customer service they are providing.

  11. the anger is more about the lack of information... not the fact that the transfers have not become available yet. We were told the 4th USA time, most really don't care about that. It is the fact that there is no information outside of it happening on the 4th. FAQ's are outdated, no official statement other than that from the message monkey. Information is what people are craving.

So I had a few questions and went to the FAQ... to my surprise it was almost 12 months out of date and there really is no other information on the SW:TOR web site. I am a calm and rational person and know that Eric will get back to me in a professional manor with lip service and buckets of ******** about how they sympathize with the APAC community and how they are working to get this sorted. Well I am not impressed with the lack of information and follow through with this. To be honest it is poor form by a massive international company. I have now voted with my wallet and declined to pay monthly for this game... yes I will continue to play for free because I do enjoy it how ever this is until something else interests me. Thank you Eric for allowing me to spend an additional $15 a month on horrible coffee from McDonalds...
