There are lots of good things coming from having more people share their ideas and bug reports. But the bad sides outweigh the good sides. as for every quality post there will be multiple crazy/troll/ads posts. And who is gonna filter that. Get +1 to signal quality, and +10 to noise, the result will be worse.
