Personally, I think its the Emperor. I just did the Forged Alliances storyline on the Warrior character, and after, I got a message from Servant One, that said that my loyalty to the Emperor would be tested. I think this is highly suggestive.

I wish they would do Khem Val. I just want to see what they have to say about him.
