we cant find the last freaking guy thats missing, anyone had same problem?

Are the titles and descriptions on the swtor wiki for real? Cause i completed the mission "the thing the czerka found" with my level 25 character but i didn't get the title, and the specified level is 26, so guess i should get it. Is there anything i didn't understand correctly or what?
