  1. which is why I started romancing her, because she was the only option I had... untill I realized she was still talking...
  2. I do agree with you. I don't in a grand scheme male or female makes any difference in how annoying they can be, I was only questioning the tone of the post I was replying too. I personally like the annoying characters, they ad flavor to the game and I'm not forced into romancing them. I haven't had the pleasure of talking to Doc in game, but there's annoying guys in real life too right? Helps with the immersion I'd say. Not everyone's going to be "prince charming", and I'm glad, I think that would get annoying too. Everyone has different tastes and if we want things to be fare we need the annoying options to because not everyone has the same definition of annoying...
  3. Why are females less likely to be incredibly annoying when they hit on you? And why are they more deserving of being let down gently than annoying men? As for other bioware games, I more or less agree as there are very few male npc's to romance that I don't find annoying or their going to die (have to say at the end of ME3 I didn't really want fem Shepherd to survive). Even in swtor all the male npc's that are romance-able fall a little flat of the female options, in my opinion, and I'm sort of expecting all the SGR options in the future to be that way too. I can still still dream big though...
  4. Is it just a small portion of the player base? Without voice chat options it would certainly be useful in grouped combat when I don't always have the time to look at the chatbox and a pop up reminder that people are talking would be great. To chat bubbles for RP, even if I have trouble finding any in this game, I'd love to see them for those times that I do since it always seems to be with people of the opposite faction. And to the OP, Even as someone that has a really hard time finding RP in this game, I don't see any lack of RP areas. The game has planets to explore, and cities, even personal ships to invite people onto. It's like saying I need more places in my town to hang out with people at. I can do it anywhere.
  5. I have a problem with some of the lightside/darkside chooses as a whole... I don't know how many times I've sent prisoners off to imperial torture cells because killing them was 'darkside'. I play empire now, but I started out republic and got irritated with just how hypocritical they are IMO. Which I actually love. Got to say the Imperial propaganda's pretty good, my lightside SI get's treated so much better than my Jedi ever did. But I feel "darkside" options in most games are pretty lame, there's little reasoning behind, just evil for the sake of evil. And if your playing a sociopath I guess that's fine. I ran into that problem in Fable 3 when I decided to play the evil plot, but I'd never be mean to my chef when given the option. I'm just not gonna fart in the face of the man who cooks my food.
  6. This nearly inspires me to take over a cantina someplace and have a shirtless dance party.
  7. I'm tempted to make two Cathar Brothers, one a Jedi Knight going towards Dark and the other a Sith Warrior going towards light... dunno...just sounds like fun and I haven't played those two classes yet.
  8. I'd love to see Faleen Though I'm expecting to see Togruta
