Have they done anything with the chain lightning bug?

What kind of damage would a person need to be able to pull to be considered "NiM capable"? I know that mechanics are a big part of most fights, but I have knowledge on quite a few fights in NiM. Is it true that 16 man is easier than 8 man? My team will be lead by a guy who has all NiM clears (4.0) and some of his guildmates who also have all NiM clears. My guild has some clears, but not all. We are working to get all of the NiM stuff cleared for achievements and stuff.

I need to correct myself, I haven't cleared ToS, and Rav HM in 4.0, I started playing when 4.0 launched, but I have got quite far in both of them 4/5 ToS, and 3/5 Rav. My guild is planning on running 16 man with an allied guild. I pulled 5.7 on Dash, and 5.7 on Tyrans. I also pulled close to 9k on HM Kephass in TFB.

My guild and I have been looking into doing NiM for quite a bit of time, I'd like to know what the requirements are for clearing that kind of stuff. Currently, I am parsing 6.2k on a dummy parse, but I average out about ~5.5k per fight, I rarely fluff my damage, and I don't use adrenals/clicky relics/grenades. I have 4/5 ToS, and 3/5 Rav hm, I pulled over 5.5k on Torque hm, and 5.6k on Bulo. I have cleared almost all HM content, and I want to know how much harder NiM is in 4.0 in contrast to HM.

Is it possible to do TOS or TR with a set of 186 or 190 w/ augments? I've been hearing that you might be able to do it but I would like an answwer from someone who has experience.

I have a multiple high level characters on my main server, it seems the population is going down very fast, I think that if we could queue up for flashpoints, and operations cross server(someone from The Harbringer could be able to be in a group with people from the Bastion) I think that it would be a lot more fun for people who queue up for flashpoints, and operations. I, like many others have started on a server that once had good population, but is rapidly going down, it's becoming harder to queue, and just become unpleasant to play on low population servers, also many people have invested a lot of credits/cartel coins on legacy unlocks, I think it's unfair for us to move servers and lose all of those things. Cross server queuing would fix many issues and in my opinion make people want to play more so they can get more loot and buy more things, instead of staying in the queue for an hour.
