  1. My grandmother is almost 72--and, though she doesn't play SWTOR (yet!!!--I hope), she plays Guild Wars every day in the morning. I did tell her that she might enjoy SWTOR, so she may be downloading it soon, hehe. Grandma was always a gamer. When I was a kid, she always had the latest Nintendo games, and she'd sit there for hours playing Mario and Zelda--her grandkids had to fight her for the controller sometimes. Really awesome lady.
  2. I saw Dulfy in TSW and I touched her yellow hair!!
  3. Tondodino- - heals Glasshadow - - tank We would also like to stay throughout progression, if that is the plan. = )
  4. I was at a 10/11 standstill for a while and my map looked much like this. I received 11/11 when I went to the two hexagons in the southeast portion of the map, near Lord Grathan's Estate. I jumped down into the body of water there by a red BH Phase door. I got the achievement when I was close to the champion mob in the water.
  5. Does this show overhealing? Searching for one with the option to show just recieved heals that the healers have cast.
  6. Once again--you insist that other players who are NOT in your role (healers), need to be atttached to the hip of someone at all times to be viable....whereas you are absolutely fine with a single dps being able to kill a healer without the assistance of HIS teammates. Pre 1.2, it took teamwork to kill a healer. Now, it takes teamwork for the healer to stay alive for any amount of time. Same situation, but reversed. Now that the cards are stacked in your favor, you are all for it (of course)! Don't act so high and mighty--you have the exact same wants as the healers, only difference is--you get what you want.
  7. Fair enough. As for PvE, commandos are laughable in raw healing numbers. And the energy is, once again, atrocious. = )
  8. I agree that Sages need work--but I disagree that they are at a disadvantage to 'the other healers'--namely Commandos. The commando can take more of a beating standing still, but not much more with the dps buff. Our defensive CD and armor are the only strength we have over sages in PVP. Our mobiliity is terrible, and our energy is atrocious. Our raw healing is crap, we are easily locked out of all heals, we can't heal ourselves with our one free/mobile heal--and we have no interrupt and little utility. I believe both healing classes are in the same boat, when it comes to issues.
  9. Yep, we lost this way against a premade a while back. Very close game--and we would have won if they weren't unhittable due to the window exploit.
  10. It is clearly implied here: that you believe it is an atrocity to require 3 dps to kill 2 players who are specced and geared for survival and have no damage output themselves (tank/healer). Actually, this implication follows a direct statement from you claiming outright that it is an atrocity that a single player geared and specced for damage, cannot solo kill a single player geared and specced for survival with no damage output of their own. This is all in the course of your post, in which you talk down to a healer for stating that it's not justified that he can't heal through one SOLO dps. So, basically, you want the same things this healer wants--but only for yourself. So he is wrong, and you are right. He is bad, you are good. So, let me get this straight. You want to be able to solo kill those specced for damage, and those specced for defense, and those specced for teamplay. That means, that you think it is justified that you, as a dps, can kill anything by yourself without the assistance of a team, but you would like other players in other roles to be reliant on their teamates. So you are actually in full support of your WZ being a single player game--for YOU. But, you would like the healer to be dependent on his teamates for every single essence of his success. Even his own survival against one other person. Interesting logic.
  11. Hopefully some changes will come. I know a few people that have quit solely because of the pvp changes in 1.2. I, myself, don't pvp as much anymore--and I used to absolutely love it. I would binge pvp, and now it's a chore. Course, the long queue times don't help.
