  1. I'm on the SWTOR launcher. Nothing updated. I can go to the Select Character lobby. Able to play all new characters at their beginning planets - but all the veterans are unable to play till the download is complete. the download is at 0.00%. Unable to click repair due to the patch not being installed.
  2. Login today to see the Black Spots on my character during cut scenes and lobby visuals. Was worried it was just my computer having the problem! Looking forward to a future fix. Thanks! ~Jedi Yon'Juu
  3. Pets and Mounts could be an additional combat companion for role playing. SWTOR gives the player a Companion of their choice. While we're in story line and class PVE missions - Why aren't these amazing, useless and expensive Mounts and Pets able to assist us in combat? Even for PVP they would be useful for a few seconds of combat. The pets literally don't do anything other than follow you and look like a display in your stronghold. Who would go out of their way to want to buy these little critters? Why not give them a fun buff to the player or at least let them attack the enemy for a small portion of damage - the enemy can even incapacitate the cool pet. It would be fun to have my bounty hunter, his companion AND a droid attacking the target. Not even for a combat advantage, but for a cool experience with these worthless pets. The Mounts are nothing but a ride. How in the heck is a Rancor Mount not able to attack NPC's? Again, this does not need to be a powerful attack ability, just for role playing excitement. Typically, when you're attacked - you have to dismount etc. It would also be really cool if the Dev's considered making the mounts like they were for a similar game of Star Wars Galaxies (SWG); you can dismount the Rancor and it'll follow you or stay put. This feature would give mounts a more realistic feel that they are out of the mission with the player. Instead we must pack them away in our magical Pokemon ball etc. Why buy a Rancor for 28 Million Credits when it's no different than my speeder in ANYTHING but skin? When the mount is attacked, treat it's health as if it is still a mount - you get knocked off when the mount is 'disabled.' It would be even a neat feature if the Companion, the Pet AND the Rancor mount were able to fight with you combat, for a minor damage boost - simply to put more of a role playing experience into the game. The value of collecting these useless pets and mounts would bring the market and game play up significantly. Hope the Dev's consider this advice to make this game more enjoyable to the monthly subscribers, like myself, and it'll give a boost to the cartel market, the global market and the SWTOR game in general. Thanks.
  4. Instead of nerfing the biochem reuseables, since it seemed like an unfair advantage, it would have been cool if all the classes had some form of reuseable buffs that were different in purpose.
  5. The toughest place to send my lvl 65 Jedi Master Yon'Juu is over to Tython with his 3,000 hp. Wish SWTOR would stop going backwards in production. If I'm lvl 65 - I earned it (unless you bought the lvl 60 toon). You know how proud I was after four years of playing to make my way over to Tython to role play yet I have to be a padawan to be in the area? Corellia (Black Hole) I only have to worry about other lvl 52 PVP (cap) instead I could bump into a higher lvl 65. Those were the days. Where exactly CAN I be a lvl 65 without doing a Warzone? What happen to the feeling of Jedi Masters who came before you and put years of time into the game - you should get that cool feeling that there are players who are your elders - instead we're all equals. What a joke to the lore of Star Wars. It's to the point now when I logon, I expect to see the next great Nerf.
  6. Another reason why I don't understand why it was removed. As a Sage, I (personally) didn't see a way I could use Tumult in PVP. If I could have, shame on me hahaha. Point is: It was an ability purely used for NPC combat fun by experienced SWTOR players. So I do not see the reasoning behind removing such a cool attack from the SAGES and Smugglers.
  7. Haven't played SWTOR in 2 months since I've moved from another state. Excited to get back into the Old Republic game. As my Sage, I ran up to a few NPCs on Voss, stunned the NPC and was ready to hit him with Tumult....just to find out surprisingly Tumult was taken out of the game recently! Not cool with this at all. I used Tumult all the time in Black Hole on Corellia. Also I am hearing they took the what I like to call, "kick shot to the nuts" from the smuggler which is a trade mark smuggler ability for SWTOR gamers! Please bring the ability back!
  8. I need to rant a bit about the 1.4 updates that'll change the sage. I'm sure once 1.4 is released and I get use to the new way to use crowd control I'll "Get Over It." I feel however these changes are making my character less valuable and this will further progress me into not enjoying SWTOR as a Sage. Changing Force Stun from 30 meters to 10 meters? Force Wave from 360 Degree Knock back in a 8 meter radius to now a 120 degree cone in front of you at 15 meters? Force Stun and 20 Second CD Force Run: The developers are basically nerfing crowd control in my opinion and nerfing Sages/Sourcers again since 1.2 in my opinion. I use Force Stun constantly at distant targets in PVP at 30 to 15 meters. At 10 meters you won't even be able to force stun a player on the opposite side of the acid pool in huttball - its +10.01 meters away. The sage's survivability depends on distancing themselves from the enemy players. It has made the new Force Stun used primarily to just get away from a player who is directly on top of you such as a melee fighter. You have to get into the range players 10 meter radius just to stun him. I'd like to see Force Stun at 15 meters if you're going to nerf it. The only benefit that has been given is Force Run will now have a 20 seconds cool down instead of 30 seconds. You're able to use force run 3 times per min instead of 2 times per minute. That’s 6 seconds total of 150% speed increase per minute instead of 4 seconds per minute. That’s great, but if I had to pick between 20 second cool down for force run over 10 meters for Force Stun, I need the Force Stun at 15 meters or more for it to be useful. Now I can run in, force stun the enemy and force run out. All of the Sage's abilities are at 30 meters. Yet Force Stun is going to be at 10 meters? Useless ability in PVP at 10 meters in my opinion. Also I’m not sure about other classes but here's a question. "Are all other Classes get to keep there stuns over a 10 meter distance?" Force Wave: Force Wave from 360 Degree Knock back in a 8 meter radius to now a 120 degree cone in front of you at 15 meters? I don't know about other players that use the Sage, but in PVP such as Void Star - we are use to being able to knock the enemy back off the door that they are 1 second away from planting on. Ok ok, I'm cool with having to focus the front of my characters body at the enemy to knock them back. This will make me less lazy. Opps I missed the enemy cause they weren't in front of me. Now look - i have a agent or assassin behind me throwing mass amounts of dps. I can't use knock back if they're behind me. Why do I need to knock back players 15 meters in distance away from me anyways? Oh that’s right; my force stun can't reach the player at 15 meters duh. New Healing: Cool you're giving us a new healing ability that heals the user for a moderate amount. I'm going to need it cause I can't seem to crowd control the DPS PVP player as well as I use to. Anyways I'm thankful the developers are going to give us new abilities if they're going to change on others. Again like i said before, I'm sure I'll get over it once 1.4 is out. I just feel these changes are making my character less valuable to enjoy in SWTOR.
  9. For Breaking Code, go to the old Milita Base where you fought off the Genenosians between Camp Karnori and Outpost Largona. There are two major buildings next to the generators you had to destroy in another quest. One building is a "open hangar door" where you go inside and destory the DataBase for another quest. The Other major building is where you need to get into for Breaking the Code. Instead of a hangar door being open, there will be a "Single Doorway" at Coordinates X: 0259 Y:-1520 Z: 428. As soon as you walk in it will activate Breaking the Code Heroic 2.
