  1. That wasn't flawed. My 1% comment was to people acting elitist. (for titles and whatnot) I am well aware that anyone can and do raid. I hate bringing WoW up in the Star Wars forum because I honestly believe the two are totally apples and oranges and I only cited Wow since the person prior to my post mentioned this particular MMO. But I guess I should use one last with WoW as an example (which I personally played since the beginning): It took a lot longer for most of the population to even grind to 60. Plus you had 40 people that you took into an encounter (which means about 10 plus players statistically were less then average gamers who got carried aka bodies that pressed one spell as in the case of old school mages) There is nothing wrong with being excited about defeating encounters as a guild. It's what the game is meant for if you choose to end-game raid. But I personally will never agree that world firsts can be calculated in a system where there are advantages to a select few and it does not start on equal footing. (but i guess that is life) Also... I don't want to read a post in which said people who have defeated this encounter then proceed to bash the game about content... when clearly the developers are always creating new content... its just a matter of rushing content out that is *craptastic* or now being able to judge live and fixing the content based on constructive comments. Not whinning about Hard modes being Easy.
  2. Here is my question. Did a lot of your guild play in Beta? 'World Firsts' and titles of that nature are such a load of poppy **** because not everyone starts at ground zero on a release. I mean great for the people that rushed through levaling (spacing along the way because they 'knew' the fastest way) Oh and in many MMO's there are guilds sponsored and paid to do the content. For the average MMO player... they enjoy the VO and the content. And can also be excellent players that don't need to rush encounters. And I agree with the person that said an MMO will never be the same again. If BW made these ecounters like Vanilla WoW you would have a lot of casual players quit because they can not accomplish the fight (so to the 1% of gamers out there that want to be elitist) Good for you. Take you 'victories' and keep em on your own forums. I have every faith that BW will make some kick-*** expansions and learn from what is happening now. Honestly there is no way that any game will make everyone 100% happy. Adapt and deal or quit the game and take the negativity with you.
  3. The romance for the female inquisitor is with Andronikus. I flirt with him all the time
  4. I have found that Crit is more important to my spec then alacirty. Right now I literally crit everytime I innervate after a resurgence. My force never goes down (unless a boss fight runs super long) I healed a Directive 7 (as a 46) up to Bulwark last night... and the crits are really important when I am 4 levals lower then what instance is requiring. I had to call it at this boss as it got to late for me to finish so we are doing it later today. Since there is a lot of damage that the tank takes in 50 instance (it is nice to seeing Resurgences hit for 1k plus a second) I do have about 4 pieces of gear that have alacrity on them... which reduce my group heal down to 1.9 seconds and my Dark Infusion to 2.4 (when the 1.5 doesnt proc) So yes the cooldown goes down slightly... but i don't think its worth losing the crit. .1 of a second frankly won't save anyone. But a great crit will!
  5. Check out my post in heals (mobility and force pools)
  6. I have a really good force and mobility spec. For a moving boss encounter here is what I will do. Bubble Tank > Resurgence > Innervate > Bubble (cooldown should be off) > consumption > Resurgence >innervate > Consumption > Resurgence >Dark Infusion (1.5 second cast) if tank is taking a lot of damage and so on Sassy’s Sith Sorceror *Healie Build* In the Corruption Tree Dark Mending (2 of 2) It is extremely important to have your cast time reduced. I use the spell religiously. It will become the main rotation once you add points into Resurgence. Seeping Darkness (3 of 3) Crit makes a difference. I think this is pretty self-explanatory Haunting Presence (2 of 2) Since Presence affects mana regen. This is a MUST. Plus the added bonus is stronger heals. Lucidity (3 of 3) It seems that par for the course is getting pushed back in some way in pretty much every fight. Our top heal has a casting time so I puts points in this as soon as I could. Healing also tends to grab a lot of aggro. Prior to having this maxed I was peeling mobs off everyone to me. Resurgence (1 of 1) This is your first heal over time dot. It is also part of the main healing rotation. Force Bending (2 of 2) Right after you pop Resurgence this spell gives you two awesome options. A free lesser quick heal… or a faster Dark Mending (which I tend to use more) I think this will depend on personal healing styles and types of mitigation Dark Resilience (2 of 2) I have found that I use Corruption all the time. But I space it out so that I do not kill my Force regen. I will never Corrupt more than twice in the cool down period. (that is to make sure I do not take too much damage myself ) But the extra 2% makes a huge difference in how much health I can maintain. Efficacious Currents (2 of 2) The shield mitigates a good chunk of damage and I keep it up on me and the tank at all times. I find that when I do have mobs come at me being able to shield that 3 seconds sooner can be clutch in me getting off a Dark Mending on myself. Reconstruct (2 of 2) I did this for the additional armor. Though it is nice to have the heals last longer as well. (Since I use this spell religiously) Innervate (1 of 1) It is nice to have a second quick heal to pop on critically low health people (I believe this should go without saying) These are all the points I plan on adding to my Corruption Tre after 28 Sith Purity (1 of 1) I haven’t done much dispelling as of yet… but for endgame content this will be necessesary Life Surge (2 of 2) Damage reduction will be important for my build… since corruption is in my rotation. The extra crit is also nice. Penetrating Darkness (3 of 3) Extra healing bonus = win It is also nice to be able to hit with my spells… I do tend to CC in my runs (want to make sure whirlwind hits) Force Surge (2 of 2) Free consumption means more survivability in longer encounters. Revivification (1 of 1) I generally keep this spell up on every cooldown. Purple circles are easy to see and stand in. Force Suffusion (2 of 2) Extra Healing bonus to my AoE heal Empty Body (2 of 2) When people heal me I can Consume more health for my own Force Points I will Place in my Lightening Tree Electric Induction (3 of 3) Reduced Force Cost on my heals Reserves (2 of 2) Extra Force to work with (making my healie pool larger and more efficient) Lightening Barrier (2 of 2) This adds to the damage mitigation of my bubble Points I will place in my Madness Tree Will of the Sith (2 of 2) This is buffing the raid buff (anything I can do to make the encounter better for everyone) Sith Defiance (1 of 1) Another way to take less damage (hence helping my consumption build
  7. Here is why Dark Resilience is not only viable... but specifically part of my build. Dark Resilience (2 of 2) I have found that I use Corruption all the time. But I space it out so that I do not kill my Force regen. I will never Corrupt more than twice in the cool down period. (that is to make sure I do not take too much damage myself ) But the extra 2% makes a huge difference in how much health I can maintain. You notice this more as you get into higher Flashpoints. (at least i have)
  8. After looking at your Build I would assume that this would be viable endgame, if you were more a support healer. Meaning I think it would be ok for raid heals. I say this because you would be missing out on 6 or 8% of bonus healing that comes from Penetrating Darkness. Also... you would not be able to use consumption as often. So you may find some force regen issues. I would suggest with this build to focus on Crit. (at least from what i have witnessed so far as a healer) I spec almost the same way into lightning. But I go to my top healing tier. And I also give myself Sith Defiance. Otherwise pew pew away
  9. I shall bestoy my two cents here. Keep in mind I am only 28 at the time of this post. Sassy’s Sith Sorceror *Healie Build* In the Corruption Tree (up to level 28) Dark Mending (2 of 2) It is extremely important to have your cast time reduced. Revivification (1 of 1) Even though lower level instances seem to have the group spread out I still want the option of (grouping people up) and AoE healing. Could work well for melee at least. Force Suffusion (2 of 2) Extra Healing bonus to my AoE heal Empty Body (2 of 2) When people heal me faster I can Consume more health for my own Force Points I will Place in my Lightening Tree Electric Induction (3 of 3) Reduced Force Cost on my heals Reserves (2 of 2) Extra Force to work with (making my healie pool larger and more efficient) Lightening Barrier (2 of 2) This adds to the damage mitigation of my bubble Points I will place in my Madness Tree Will of the Sith (2 of 2) This is buffing the raid buff (anything I can do to make the encounter better for everyone) Sith Defiance (1 of 1) Another way to take less damage (hence helping my consumption build)

I solo healed a Foundry Flashpoint at 30. Recommended levals are 36 plus I also end up helping to CC and interupt a lot. I love that I do more then just heal when I want to.
