Uh.. and what about the voice acting? You want to have a Rodian that speaks basic with the Jk’s voice?

Desert Green is by FAR the best looking green crystal by my standards. I’m not certain that they’re still available, but it’s my go-to green crystal. *My idiot brain just reread your post and I see that you already mentioned desert green. My opinion stands though

Storytelling is the biggest positive of this game for me. While not *all* of the story content in this game is great, I find the majority of it to be quite enjoyable. I’ve always favored games that let you make choices and become immersed in the story, and no other mmo has been able to provide those things for me like SWTOR does.

Compared to some other people, I actually have relatively few complaints about the game. A couple of the main issues that immediately come to mind are the new stories (Kotfe/et) and the lack of challenge in older story content, boss fights to be specific. As you mentioned, major boss fights at key points in the original story completely lack challenge for most players now. It is extremely anti-climactic to be chasing a villain for a long time, only to defeat them in one or two skill rotations. As for the new story content, I really dislike how non-force using classes feel so out of place (most people already know what I mean by that, so I won’t go too much deeper into it). I do understand that it is significantly faster and cheaper to deliver one story rather than several different class stories, however I still think that the devs could have done a better job with making all classes feel “right” in the new story as a whole.

Satele Shan and Star Forge are the NA servers. The main differences between them is that the Star Forge server has a larger focus on Role Playing (And to me, it doesn’t seem to have as many toxic players), but I’ve also heard that some people have more lag on Star Forge.

How has nobody mentioned Darth Nihilus?? He’s stupidly powerful, he had a good backstory imo, and he pretty much decided to eat a planet for lunch one day.

Ah I see, that definately does help! I’m reasonably new to doing Ranked pvp instead of just doing unranked warzones, so apparently I missed that. Thanks for the info

Heyo, so over the past week or so I’ve been noticing that some of my pvp matches (Ranked or Unranked) don’t seem to be properly counting towards my daily and/or weekly pvp mission progress. Specifically, I’ve noticed multiple times that matches our team won only counted as a single match in the quest progress, or they just don’t seem to count at all. Earlier this evening, I had four Ranked pvp quests, 2 dailies and 2 weeklies. I completed 3 Ranked matches after I picked all of those missions up at the same time, but the progress that was actually recorded is different. Two of them say that I completed 3 matches, while the other two say that I’ve still only completed one Ranked match. I’ve been pvp’ing for years, so I don’t know if this is a genuine bug or if I’m being colossally stupid and missing something. If anyone else has experienced this or if I simply need to explain better then let me know.

Really though, you make good points here, I’m looking forward to seeing what we get this year. And it’s nice to see a perspective other than “ZOMG the game is dying *$@&**@!!!”

I have the same issue. My first playthru of Kotfe/Kotet was with a Knight and I loved it. I haven’t even tried to take another class in yet though since the story really, really felt tailored specifically for the Jedi Knight. Would be interesting to see how some other people have made sense of a non-force user going thru the story.

I call bull on all of these “Sorcs are so useless!!” threads. I thought the same thing a while ago, but you know what I did after that? I spent more time with it and figured out how to properly play the class. Sorc/Sage is now my favorite class in the game. This is largely a L2P issue.

In order for anyone to help, you’d need to tell us specifically what is happening. The term “slowing down” could mean multiple things. Do you just mean your frame rate is slowing down? Also, if you could tell us your computer specifications (grapics card and cpu in particular) then that would definately help
