Just got an update to my Laptop today running Windows 10 Home....new version is 1511 OS Build-10586.29 When I hit play on the launcher the screen goes black and locks up. Will not go any further than that. Any tips or work arounds would be awesome. Thank you.

No it was clearly marked as an instanced story area. ANd I wasn't chasing anyone...and all of the bodies had loot available as if I had killed them myself.

I recently was doing a story mission for the Jedi Knight on Alderaan, The one where you enter the thul compound to find the assassin. Odd thing was that I was in a Story instance...and was finding random dead NPCs in groups that were lootable by me tho I had never even gotten to them yet. A guildmate saw an NPC Imp guard droid mow down an Imp soldier and later an Animal congo line on quesh. Is Skynet testing scenario's in SWTOR?

From what I understand the reason for this is camera collision. If the ceilings were not that high you would spend alot of time looking at the top/back of your character's head. There was a thread on this on the STO forums a couple years ago and I believe that was their reasoning for them. Same thing happens in WoW and most other 3rd person MMO's. Your camera sits above your character and the higher ceiling allows for more depth of field when exploring indoor areas.

I know you guys are working pretty hard at squashing bug and spraying the bug-sprays and what-not but I was wondering if the hood up/down feature would also include a fix for the Sith race bleed-through on hooded chest pieces?

Running NVidia Geforce GTX 360 with 8gb RAM and with all graphics maxed I get really choppy and run around 17fps. Turn Shadows to normal with everything else maxed...I get 40-60 fps.

On "The Shadowlands" server I am experiencing large lag spikes....my ping jumps from 68-upwards of 15k then back down again....over and over...others in my guild are experiencing the same thing. Different planets. Any other servers or players having this issue tonight?
