  1. I have the same problem. 270x with the crimson drivers...maybe I'll roll those back.
  2. Yeah, gotta admit this would be nice. I came over for a fresh start on an RP server that I feel has really enhanced my enjoyment of the game and I'd like to bring my 2 level 40s from another server, mainly to take advantage of the Legacy I've already built up. I'd gladly pay for transfers.
  3. It's funny, I started out playing Sorcerer because I thought I'd like the story more, and it's more in line with what I liked in a character but I hated how everything looked the same and how actually playing the class was sort of dull. I switched over to Sage and was in love with the animations and the look of the class...but I HATED the story. You basically play Galactic Nurse/Babysitter, and it sucks. So then I sucked it up and now play the Sorcerer again, haha.
  4. They always show him Single bladed, but he seemed more a warrior than an Inquisitor. I'd say Guardian/Warrior Knight/Juggernaut.
  5. Crossposted from another thread: http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#201Zfc0MdRruzZcMfos0z.1 Spec is ugly, but for leveling/PvP purposes it's wonderful as it's really mobile. Basically, the point of this spec is to give Madness a heavy AoE nuke [chain lightning] for its Wrath procs. I do this now and even though I don't even have chain lightning yet, I'm typically top 3 in Warzones in BOTH damage and healing, while not having terrible issues with survivability.
  6. Yeah, I didn't find lightning to be that great because it's dependent on cast times, and your all your good procs are based off of a crappy 1.5s cast. Madness on the other hand, is highly mobile and everything procs off your main nuke. If you go hybrid with Lightning it can turn in to a brutally good spec. Go at least 16 points in to get Wrath, then just start going into Lightning for the rest of your points, as nothing in Madness buffs your DD spells after those 16 points. Once you get to Chain Lightning, and gearing up, you'll be brutalizing people with Affliction crit 1.5s Force Lighnings that proc instant +20% damage Chain Lightnings. It's an ugly spec and probably no good for end game PvE but for PvP it doesn't seem half bad.
  7. I've found Balance to be a little better for leveling so far, simply because the no cooldown on TK Throw, buffing Project, instant Force in Balance AoE [instead of the atrocious 3 second cast time on TK Wave until Tidal Wave], Presence of Mind procs, and the generally better efficiency all contribute to make everything more fluid. And this is basically all in the first 10-15 points. I tried starting out as TK, but the early levels I found very haphazard in terms of rotations and the early talents seem more like investments for the future rather than talents that help immediately, like in Balance. I think TK is something I might pick up in the 30s or so once I can start getting some good gear and can unlock all the good abilities in the tree. One thing I notice, Balance starts out buffing a lot of the direct damage skills...but once I'm 16 points in there isn't an attractive DD buffing talent in the tree. So Balance has been good to me early, but now that it's becoming a DoT tree I feel like I'm capped out with my playstyle of spam TK Throw and toss out Mind Crush/Disturbance on PoM procs while I maintain Weaken Mind and nothing I spec in to above 16 is going to buff that tremendously, while TK seems to benefit a lot more with late talents. Also, TK throw, the spec's main nuke, doesn't seem to benefit from Force Suppression or Mental Scarring which is extremely underwhelming. So, as long as I'm leveling and it doesn't matter too much, I'm thinking of just going TK the rest of the way to 50, so I can start using those PoM procs on TK Wave. It's going to look something like this: http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#600Zfcb0dRruzZcMcRs0z.1 Hideous? Certainly. Not viable for end game really without Turbulence and the critical bonus from TK tree but for leveling and some PvP interspersed, I think I can live it. I dream of tossing out instant +20% damage TK Waves after my proc'ed 1.5s TK Throws.
  8. Yeah, it's sort of a bummer, because if I'm not going Telekinetics [i love Balance so far] I feel like I'm always 5 points behind all the goodies. Right now, I'm all in Balance at level 21 but I definitely feel the strain on the Force pool when in flashpoints and off-healing.
