  1. Huh, I didn't know that! Thanks the for pointer. I never paid much attention to him, to be honest. I'll keep an ear out next time.
  2. Captain Bryn <3 only Welsh imperial I've found in game so far. I've found several Scottish- one on DK (in Grathan's compound, when you hack into computers to steal data) and on Balmorra. I think I've heard an Irish accent or two. As for the OP, they all fooled me to be honest, had no idea they weren't British. Although I was sure they put way more emphasis on the accent than was natural (suits the ego of these characters)
  3. PLEASE fix this Bioware. It may seem like such a small thing, but it's absolutely aggravating. Drives me up the wall, having to click off my companion. I mean sure, I love Xalek more than anything in SWTOR, but I don't want to be gawking at him 90% of the time. Also, while we're at it, please fix the goddamn lack of companion buffs. Before, once you summoned a companion (or dismounted) they would, without fail, be buffed after 1 second (unless you dismount into combat, where they get buffed after combat, annoyingly) Now? They don't get buffed unless you buff them.. and in conjunction with the first complaint- that means having to first click off your companion, THEN activate buffs, because for some ungodly reason you can't buff a companion directly. I know companions are OP, and having 4 buffs will make 0.01% difference to their output, but still... its damn annoying. Seeing Xalek at rank 50 in tank spec with 122,384 hp is quite something.
  4. Jadus has been mentioned in KOTFE by Valkorian, you even fight a voice-less elite NPC version of him in your dream-state (whereas my sith Outlanders fought Marr). Valkorian states how Jadus was the best sith his failed empire had ever produced, and even him I, a non-force user, managed to defeat. (I bowed and accepted Valk's help at every opportunity, so he loved this character. He also fought Jadus, instead of joining him or talking him down, so I wonder if Valk makes a comment about you having good taste in sith or something if you joined both, lol)
  5. Indeed. I made a ticket after I noticed. How strange..
  6. Were you on an inquisitor character? It's heavily starting to look like a class bug edit- same. Xalek was my favourite companion by far, and the one I was most looking forward to getting back. I am devastated lol
  7. Did the quest, and got achievement for Death before Dishonour, to recruit . I'm an inquisitor, he delighted in seeing me again. I I returned to the Voss woman, completed quest. Got the rewards. Got the achievement. She even congratulated me for brining him back. Yet, he's nowhere to be seen. Not in companion logs, not wandering about the stronghold. It's as if, instead of following me, as he said he did, and the Voss woman said he did.. he, well, didn't. Another inquisitor in my guild has had the same happen, yet a BH and a SW in my guild got him no problem... is this an inquisitor bug? or did he just get distracted and lost on the way to Odessen?
  8. Took me about 3 hours, and I've got top-notch internet. My patches always take forever to reorganise data (with each patch), and then gets stuck at about 93% (to be fair, about 80% of the waiting time is getting from 93-100)
  9. Won't lie, I also found the story a bit of a let-down, but only because of how much people talked about the 'twists' and 'reveals'. It's still my 2nd favourite storyline, but not for those reasons. It's just generally really interesting, playing Bond in Space. Being the ghost, being the regular guy that can take down a Sith or Jedi (whether in lore or anything this is possible, no idea. but it feels good in game.. sniping these super-powers into the ground) It felt like KOTOR always did for me.. the 'huge reveal' was never much of a twist or shock to me. It was all so obvious, and expected, I just assumed it wasn't mean to be a twist. Still, highly enjoyable though.
  10. This is true. At this time, we're re recruiting so many sith, including aliens. We need as many sith as possible to counter the Jedi it seems. So I guess if every sith had to murder their master, we'd be back to low numbers. And you're right, a lot of apprentices are extremely loyal to their masters. Except Xalek is seems lol. He's always telling me to watch my step, and that eventually he will become the master. but bless him, my lovely Kaleesh pet.
  11. But that make zero sense in that, Black Hole came out before Makeb, and that the intro to Black Hole quest, and talking to the general Konya on Corellia.. both mentions that we have lost the front, and are retreating. We were told by 2 people. We even say to the first NPC "well I hope the woman that lost Corellia has answers for me" (paraphrased) So... either our PC is just bad at remembering, or RotHC forgets this. Either way, we were told, before Makeb.
  12. Hey, I've been here since then as well! Well, from what you quoted, Marr mentions we had great victories. Doesn't imply that they are current, but they were great. We took and sacked Corellia from in front of the Republic's nose, that's pretty impressive even if it didn't last long. And yes, sith infighting definitely took it's toll. We're a husk of an empire by this point. Plus on Corellia, we took every last ounce of Hypermatter they had (I assume this is quite expensive, so gave our fleets a few months of free fuel ) and killed all the Green Jedi. So yes, I'd say the (temporary) victory on Corellia was glorious. And Ilum was ... meh, not exactly glorious or victorious. But we defeated a defector and his momentary empire. A point of pride and symbolic power for us I guess
  13. This is the main thing I'm hopeful for.. I mean, I keep my hopes low for expansions these days, but I have some hopes for KotFE.. and this is one of them.
  14. the Black Hole came out way before Rise of the Hutt Cartel. It was before even Section X etc. So definitely before Makeb. It happens around the time EC takes place, and you first meet Kephess
