Hi. I finally noticed the option to become a part of the community. I have been creating youtube videos for month or two already. I do manage fansite of our guilds (Czech Order and Czech Empire), but I always wanted to make my own SWTOR fan website (you know - with pictures, articles, news, fan-fiction etc.). But there is one little glitch - I'm trying to support czech and slovak players, therefore my websites are in czech language. So is my youtube channel, where I create czech subtitles for SWTOR cut-scenes. If sign myself in for Fan Site Kit, will I get the level of support as the other websites have?

Hi again. Okay...we ran out of options. Let me describe the whole situation as per today. I'm doing all this on my friends behalf as he cannot speak english that much to explain the issue: 1. I called to customer support of SWTOR. They said they cannot help my friend via the phone and he has to send an e-mail to this e-mail address: swtoraccountsdisputes@bioware.com 2. So he did. He sent his explanation to that e-mail. No reply for over 2 weeks 3. I called CS of SWTOR again. They told me to contact EA support via chat or phone 4. We checked EA webside, but while picking up SWTOR game, there was no chat or special phone number I can call to (this might be caused by the fact we are located in Czech republic...dunno) 5. So we created a ticket – a case for his banned account – and guess what? After 4 days he had received yet another e-mail, where they told him to contact support team via chat or phone – but using the link (https://help.ea.com/....) they have sent him - it just re-directs us to the very same SWTOR customer support number! And as you know from the beginning of this story – they told us they cannot help him there. So as you can see we are running in circles here. I really wish to help him but this whole thing just gets ridiculous and leads nowhere. Please, any other ideas?

Yes, +44 (0)203 0141 826, that's the one. That's why I consider it weird. Why would they ask him to contact the same number again if they told us they can't help him? Should I call again? Tell them we have reached them? Or should we just wait? We have tried to reset his swtor account password and now the page won't even show him any sort of error (bad password, nickname). It stays "silent".

Hi. My friends account has been banned due to suspicious activity. We have reached the customer support. They gave us email he should send his explanation to. So we did - then he received email saying that he should log in to EA account and contact customer service via EA support. However there is no chat option and the number is the same phone number we have called before - where they told us they cannot help us, that this is under EA support's command. So...what now? Who should we call?

Heroic on Nar Shaddaa. When you meet the twi'lek who'd like to be sith. I think killing him should be the light choice. And then some choices in KotFE. Most of the time I think this or that option is logical so it must be light. But more "vulcan" you are more dark points you get.

My thoughts exactly! My BH has a holo of Mako in his bedroom on Dromund Kaas. He's LS BH so they were pretty balanced and happy couple. I have to admit sometimes playing the character affects me as a player ( I'm actually writing a fanstory about what was before he joined the Great Hunt...not enough content in a game for me :-D ) and for a first two or three months I really felt terrible that Mako is gone. I felt like that because I knew he would feel like this. You know...focused on the job, as he has always been, but also empty. Now it is not so bad, but still... Seeing my warrior reunited with Vette, my trooper with Aric was sweet (although reunion with Vette seemed little short), but my BH is still my main character in the game, and I will never be "happy player" again until she's back. On the other hand, I'm little scared. In my head I have such a high expectations on how they would react when they meet again, and I'm not sure these expectations will be fulfiled. So in a way I'm glad she's gone because so far it does not feel right. Outlander is a busy person, but he/she would still find a time for a chat with his/her beloved one. One sentence, one letter in time would do the job. It can't be that hard to create a couple of letters and put them in the game, BioWare must have plenty of people who can do that.

Hello all. I have a question regarding something that happened yesterday. Our friend offered us his 24" Samsung monitor (made in 2008). We plugged it in and ever since that no game will run on my BFs computer. He has quite a new graphic card that is definitely able to accept this big screen. What happens exacty is that after lauch screen, the game will show up only as a tiny window on the site of the screen. And on the top of it - Battlefront won't start at all. I'd love to give you more technical data, as I'm not giving you any, but I don't have them. But I would appreciate any thoughts you can share on this. My BF used to play on very, very old monitor (4:3). Everything worked just fine, but after we changed that monitor to the Samsung 24" LCD, it all went wrong. Now when he pluggs in the old monitor, it won't work either. But it is only the games that are not working. Otherwise it displays stuff just fine. What do you think? Is it graphic card issue? Or the game issue?

So we only have two (basically one) new ally and that's all? No other recruits? I find that extremely unfortunate. I was hoping I will have something to do for more than....pfff...3 hours

Could anyone tell me for sure if the alliance alerts (provided by Sana-Rae and the hutt guy..Oco..Oggu...you know who I mean ) will be working after this patch? I was unable to find out if they are just some bugs that need to be removed, or they are something that need to be fixed. To recruit only two new members (or more like one, really) seems a little sad to me. After chapter 9 we were able to recruit so many new guys (so we actually had something to do for at least a month - if you don't play like a madman for several hours a day ). Some people say these quests will not be available, yet, some says they will. So where is the truth? Will we be able to recruit 2 more allies after 4.1a patch? Thank you for answer. (It might have been said already, but I'm not native english speaker so something might have been "lost in translation")

Just experienced rather strange thing in Tatooine SF. We took SF misson to finish remaining recruits and we ended up just before the end, unable to release the bad guy in the last area, so that we can move forward. And we remained in combat of course....We have tried to kill ourselves (keep ending up in "medcenter" anytime we took the mission again) dismissed group, changed location. Only after abandoning the quest from the quest log we were able to do it again (now on Belsavis SF). But thanks to that my BF original quests were reseted and he needs to speak to the recruit guys on Tatooine and Belsavis again and play SF again as a part of the quest. I mean...really? Could you fix that, please? It's not such fun to play SF all over again and again and again only because of the bug. Any action from your side would be appreciated. Mark his Belsavis quest as finished would be lovely, but I do not expect you do that, right?

Regarding this...I do not understand. Why raise companion affection to 25k (or something like that) if you loose them in the expansion? I was looking forward to see some new stories with my old companions and maybe to gain some new ones. And now when I watch my BF (I don't want to play until the official release) play this...I'm more and more speechless about what's going on in there. He plays instant level 60, no previous companions present and actually - he's been playing KotFE for last 3 hours and he's in chapter 5. WTH? Isn't that a little fast? Months and months of waiting for 5 hours of fun? Please...tell me there will be difference if I start KotFE with my normal, story-finnished lvl 60 character. And I will not loose my companions for sake of Lana and the other guys. C'mon...I have a wife there :D

Just close the launcher and re-open it again. Worked for me

Hello...I have a question regarding Shadow Of Revan companion gear. It seems that some parts have dissapeared completely (implants, leggins, helmets etc.). What was that for? There are hours of playing SoR and now companions are kinda striped up...to what end? May I ask how this will be compensated? Like...can we expect to gain some alternatively cool gear during KoTFE? I'm not playing SWTOR for that long, to be honest, and I respect the changes that are neccessary...but it's kinda unfair. All that chasing gear and hours spent playing for nothing? Why did even some companions lost implants slots anyway? Could please someone answer me that? I'm not mad (as my boyfriend is..he's furious about all changes ), I just want to understand and belive this all is for "greater good" Thanks
