This are my current stats w/192 - 198s. Cunning 4144 Bonus Dmg 1986.9 Crit Chance 393 - 27.49% Crti Multipier 453 (Surge Rating) - 71.63% Accuracy 110.47% (2 Accuracy Augments) Since i do not need any Accuracy and Crit Rating is maybe a little bit above what it should be, how can I bring down the Surge Rating since it is way above the "so called" Surge DR curve? Is the DR for Surge at 333? and is this the time to start using Alacrity enhancements?

Is anyone having this issue? I am unable to roll to cover. When i have a target selected and it shows me the green cover position outline I select the cover ability. Instead of rolling to the cover I cover in place. At lower levels I was able to run to cover but have been unable for over 10 levels now. I am wondering if this is a bug or I deselected a default setting by accident. Can anyone help me out on this?
