Khem is morose, and dearly appreciated. When my Inquisitor was relishing victory over an opponent Khem would remind her that she couldn't ever, ever measure up to Tulak Horde. My theory why the monster hasn't returned is how many grueling grind battles since the introduction of Eternal Empire would be ridiculous with Khem as a companion.

So many alignment decisions are arbitrary in SWTOR. Killing an enemy or traitor after not accepting a surrender from them is DS----But sending them to a superior who is at the very least sadistic and uses a mind consuming lethal device is LS. (just one of many LS/DS contradictions).
