  1. Well you won't be getting any *bronze* Items from this and all upcoming CM-Pack anymore because the Devs won't release anymore of those within the packs... There will be only *silver*, *gold* and *platinum* Items with *silver* Item droping as often as *bronze* Items did before... Best regards Kage
  2. Oh yes ... My all-time favourites are: "What .?! I didn't know my class had a skill for interrupting a cast..! Never needed it and will not need it.!!" "Hä .?! Selfheal??? What the hell is that.?! I thought that some other guy is supposed to heal me all the time!!!" (coming from a guy playing a healer which was skilled as a healer !!! Best regards Kage P.s.: Sorry for off-Topic ..!
  3. I stoped extracting things a long time ago... I think it was shortly after the release of the Outfitdesigner... For 90% of the game you'll only need the stuff you'll loot without changing a lot of things - perhaps 1 or 2 things but nothing more you may need to change from that loot..! So if you are not one of those who would like to do the other 10% of the game you should be fine without extracting sth. ... Best regards Kage
  4. Boycotting them won't work... You ask why..? Well because if you two and maybe perhaps 10, 20, 40 more won't buy them there are still those 200, 300, 500 who will buy them... The only thing which will work is to start a *****torm in the off-board about *How bad those new changes are* and that they need to make adjustments to those changes... Best regards Kage
  5. You coul do *that* but in my opinion that a bit over the top ... You only need to consider the following things: Like Mianera said don't use trash gear which doesn't fit your level... Use something above 200 which fits your class regarding the stats.!! Learn to use the right skills and don't spam only 1 or 2 attacks... You don't need to learn "super duper hyper Ultra top Rotations" like Mianera said and you don't need to play PvP - especially if you perhaps don't like it like me - but you should now what skills you should use, when you should use them and how... The most important thing is to understand the mechanics behind the boss... Find out what you should do and what you shouldn't..! Here you could - if you like and need it - watch a YouTube-Guide for that specific boss... Last but not least in regards to using skills and knowing the mechanics you should learn how to move and coordinate e.g. when is the right time to stop and stand in one place to use attacks with a cast-timer or when should you keep moving or where should you move to and where should you stand and where not etc. etc. etc. ... Regarding Vaylin there are the following things you need to know (as far as I can remember - it's been some time since I did that fight ): if you attack her always stand within the circle aroung here OR ALL DMG WILL BE REFLECTED TO YOU !!! if she starts casting here large AoE move out of range so that it won't hit you (you should see her starting casting it) if one of those *green* clouds/circles spawns use it to heal yourself and lure here into it It may take some time but it is not impossible... Only for those who don't know what they should do because they are accustomed to always face-roll on the keyboard and not needing to understand mechanice ... Best regards Kage
  6. Best thing I've read here in the board so far within the last few months .!! Best regards Kage
  7. You'll only ever get Rank 5 comp gifts out of CM-Packs..! Rank 6 only drop from Alliance-Crate (I think) or can be bought from the vendor on Odessen... Best regards Kage
  8. Yeah with the *new* Drop-Ratio BW/EA screwed us again... We now get: 1 *new* Item (could be an armor, a weapon, a deco, a mount, etc. - BUT ONLY ONE per Pack !!) 1 Chance-Cube 1 Comp-Gift 1 Jawa-Item Compared to the old way we now get 26 *new* Items for sure instead of "possible" / "maybe" 52 *new* Items... BUT (!) at the end we get less for the same amount of CC... At least if you only look at the "new" and/or "valuable" Items from each Pack... Best regards Kage
  9. You are right that there are RPers who like to play PvP but also you are wrong in asuming that kodrac is argumentative. His statement is valid. The amount of people focused on PvP on a RP-Server is at best slim! And I am telling you that as a person who has been playing SW:ToR on a RP-Server since Launch!!! Sorry to burst your and perhaps a lot of bubbles from other persons around here but *... a lot of people want to play PvP...* is at best only an assumption and no fact because it was more than once stated on many occasions that the part of the player-base focused on PvP is quite small in comparison to the part focused on PvE and that during the last 12 to 18 months the PvP player-base has been continuously shrinking!!! Sorry to burst some bubbles again but not all things about a mega server are positive. It has been stated more than once that because of technical issues regarding SW:ToR mega servers would only lead to more problems (eg. Lags, Discons, etc.) as it would solve problems! Also the whole discussion about *... We want MEGA SEVERS !!! ...* is completly pointless because as far as I am aware of it was some time ago stated by the Devs themselfs that because of the Game-Engine and Game-Coding a mega server is and will not be realizable and that is a fact!!! So why not just stop the whole *Mega-Server* nonsense and talk about things that *maybe* - and I emphasize the *MAYBE* - are possible to be realized like eg. *Server-Merges*..! Best regards Kage
  10. If I am not mistaken it was mentioned some time ago that this was a BUG which would be fixed during some upcoming Patch... And now they fixed it... Sure... My oppinion is the same like yours... I am also disappointed by the fact that we can't change the Outfits from our new Comps... I would guess that they devs made it like that because a lot of them are used during the Story and therefore they didn't want to handle all those extra stuff in regards to customization... So they made it simple for them in the way that they are now not customizable ... Best regards Kage
  11. Sorry to burst your (chat)bubbles but it was once clearly mentioned by the Devs that there never ever will be chat-bubbles in SW:ToR because the engine can't handle it.!! If the would introduce them the only thing players would get would be endless lag and nothing more... And just in case you'll now start asking for *why not give the game a new game-engine?!*... This was also discussed over and over again with the result that it won't happen because it would be to expensive and time consuming (thats the conclusion the playser came to not the devs!!)... Best regards Kage
  12. Could someone check if I am mistaken or right - does the legacy CXP-Boost only give us an increas by 2% each step and therefore a total of 10% if we unlock all of them? If so I guess the devs aimed for us to use those other CXP-Boost Items from the CM and the new ones we can buy with CS-Tokens because - sorry to say that - this boost alone is just not enough and in my opinion completly ludicrous. Especially if the costs I've seen are correct!!! Best regards Kage
  13. @Dbohrius ... The first part wasn't directed towards you specificly, it was directed at all who are complaining ... The secong part (after the Quote of your post) was the part meant for you directly ... I should have made that it bit more transparent - sorry if there was a misunderstandig because of it ... Best regards Kage
  14. Yes you are right BUT you have no longer to depend on the drop (RNG) from the Cmd-Crates because those Tokens are a guaranteed drop from them! So you may still need to farm those crates but with each crate you'll get a Token and with those Tokens or in combination with loot from OPs you'll be able to get Set-Items. Sure it is not a fast way but it still is an other way to the way of *praying to the RNG-God* and hoping for a damn *********** Set-Item to drop from a Cmd-Crate ... Best regards Kage
  15. The underlined part is not correct! With the new additional way being implemented with Patch 5.1 you will be able to get *Set-Items* also an other way in addition to the Command-Crates. Just read the notes on Dulfy's site and watch the streams linked there... http://dulfy.net/2017/01/05/swtor-jan-5-producers-livestream-coverage/ http://dulfy.net/2016/12/15/swtor-december-15-producers-livestream/ Best regards Kage
