What I love is the mods 'consolidating' threads together that aren't about the same things. I suppose if we all derail threads in similar patterns they'll have grounds to merge it all into one super-thread

My questions are actually fairly specific: 1. Will I be able to RE the sweet looking black and red Trooper Battlemaster armor to get one with aug slots and the ability to make more of them for both my pvp and pve sets? (I really really like that set). 2. If you RE a class or side specific item (say, for example, the chest and pants of the Sith Sorceror PvP sets) and then make new possible aug-slot versions can you then sell them on the Nar Shadda neutral GTN to yourself or others from the other side? In other words, can your dark side consular look like an inquisitor (all the best fashion designers seem to work for Team Evil lol)? On the opposite side of that, can you RE Trooper armor for example and sell the new orange versions to Bounty Hunters that like the look better?

The female model's really not the best to show off Trooper IMHO. I'd like to see it in the Body 3 male to make a fair judgement.

I don't have the room on the computer to download another 11 gigs, so can someone please verify that full auto, mortar volley, and energy blast have new/better animations that shave the weird lag off them (especially for Vanguards heh)? Did Storm get a new animation that isn't walking on air slowly? If you had fraps and put it up on youtube I'd love you to the extent allowed by the Geneva Convention. Thanks

Unless the tier bonuses are "regenerate an extra ammo every 3 seconds" any notes beyond ammo nerfs are irrelevant.

Holy Crud, they really don't know their own game do they? This nerf was completely unexpected and out of left field; it's like kicking a three legged dog just to make sure. Bioware: "Hey guys, we're giving you one more target for KB!" Combat Meds: "Uh, yay? Could you maybe make it smart healing?" Bioware: "But we're not done yet!" Combat Meds: "Oooo ....kay?" Bioware: "We're also nerfing everything else, especially ammo costs!" Combat Meds: "Hey, wait a minute ..." Bioware: "Well, we're got to keep BALANCE right? See you later, off to play my Sage!" I'm actually one of the most upbeat and positive people about BW, and hate the negativity that pervades these boards, but daaaaamn. Talk about out of left field. The only thing funnier would have been if they nerfed Scoundrel healing to make them 'pay' for their buff as well

No offense, but every single class and spec gets grumbling. The nerfs I've seen so far were frankly needed. My point was that some folks seem so convinced we're going to get a nerf because ... why? There's been no word from the devs at all that indicate they agree or see a need, whereas tracer missile spam and operative perma-stun death-fun was addressed. Even on the tracer missile/grav round spam, I'm kind of hoping they just redistribute the tree a bit (like having full auto stack the buff to demo round damage or something). I just think the "there's a nerf imminent no matter whether there's evidence or not" is just a weird viewpoint.

Based on what, precisely? Based on the grumblings on the forum? I've seen zero other evidence of anything. I know fear is stronger, but to say that rampant baseless speculation is equal to a real source is just ...

Having played both, no, theirs goes off quite a bit closer (not under the feet of course, but definitely closer). My guess is that the height they rise to is considered part of the 'minimum range', but that's just a guess.
