I really liked this short story. It was some time ago since I read a star wars book! Reading this made me remember how much i like the more in-depth character development you get in a book. I see that the author has written a dragon age book as well, il keep my eyes open for more! PS. Some interesting comments in this thread about the characters in the short story that i obviously missed, i definately have to go and replay it now

Sorry to hear that it happened to you. I havnt wrapped myself around this referral system. It seems to me there must be some kind of trust between seller and buyer, which can be a bit hard to obtain between two random players in a pc game, and some people might misuse a system like that. It reminds me of diablo2 when they added an inventory charm (annilihus or something like that) and could only be traded by dropping items far from each other and then run and pick it up at the same time. I lost many items like that since they offered me something that i couldnt resist, sort of like 45 mill . In the grand scheme of things, a lost referal link will soon be forgotten and i hope you will get some good drops as compensation

Hey! In the character screen selection, can you change settings? Try toggling vsync, and turn off or lowering some graphic settings and see if anything helps! Thats what i would try (if changing gfx settings before entering game is possible)

Dont forget that they all have excellent story as well . Im not sure if im much of a help but i always felt bounty hunter is fun to play and probably not too affected by latency. Arsenal merc is great but lately i tried a powertech aoe dps spec that surprised me how much fun it is to play. Dont remember the exact spec but i can look it up later!

I would like to add my support to this, or at least a more fun achievement system. Personally im a big big fan of achievement systems! But I really dont like to "kill the boss 25 times".. I think the swtor devs have made a really great job with some quality of life stuff lately, like the core world changes (class story), crafting changes and such. I also really love the new story expansion, i think they're right on track! But i do really believe that the achievement system can be done a lot better and a lot more fun! A better UI and better achievements, cuz theres nothing more awesome than to show off what you have done! At least for me. Basically I just want to say, i love all the quality of life changes theyre doing, and i would love to see it happen to the achievement system

Great news! I always found it hard to join ops groups, since i dont know tactics for most of them and dont have time to join a serious guild. I prefer solo so this will work out great for me! Im especially looking forward to the new story, it sounds really awesome

Hello! I looked thru preferences and mission log and I couldn't find any kind of completed missions log. But just because I can't find it doesn't mean it doesn't exist . But it seems there are no journal of completed missions.

Hello friend! Welcome to Swtor The only class i played till high level is Jedi Sage (healer). But I do find the jedi sentinel class very interesting also. What i heard from my friends who play both sentinel and guardian, is that guardian is very capable of doing good DPS as well. This is what i heard anyway Personally I think I'm going to do a Jedi Guardian. I only heard good stuff about them! But at the end of the day it's up to you and what you feel when you play each class. But I think you will find that most/all classes are really fun to play actually, so give it a try first yourself!

Here's the only "official" word that i have seen regarding this Swtorhub: Say you advance a legacy with a max level character and later on decide to delete that character from your account. Will you lose any progress made at that point, or will your other characters associated with that legacy inherit the progress you’ve made up to that point? Dallas: I’m going to give you the safe answer because I don’t know the final mechanic, which is: don’t delete characters. I mean, you could run up against a point where you’ve filled up your allotment on one particular server, but you still won’t want to delete characters. Source

I havn't played jedi guardian, but most cloaks i have got as a jedi consular has been hood down actually. If you go to the galactic market kiosk, and CTRL+left click, then you can check what the cloak looks like. You could also get a headwear that automatically puts the hood down. I hope that helps!
