I think I was only about 3 or 4 when it came out, so I really don't remember. I do know that it was always part of my childhood and I had the biggest crush on Luke Skyywalker/Mark Hamill. I even had the Empire book and book on tape and my favorite part of any SW movie is when Vader tells Luke that he is his father and Luke's response "That's not true! That's Impossible". Oh man...so many memories

So, I am not the most computer savvy either, but I was running into the same problem. Also, my video card was running very hot, and I found that a lot of other people were having this same issue. To make a long story short, I found some threads that recommended turning off Bloom and enabling the Vertical Slant, and I turned all my graphics to low. This has made a world of difference for me. You can do this in Preferences > Graphics. Hope this helps! ~Xiara
