Newer RPer looking for IMP guild that can use an Imperial Operative.

I am lioking for an RP guild that is forgiving of newer RPers. I jave some experience but not a lot. I am unsure if I will plat a Sith or Agent and it will likely depend on the guild. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Theoretically which would I he better off rollong to do PvP, Operative or Sniper? I am going to do the operative storyline but want to pvp along the way.
