not at all, level sync is more annoyance than any thing. if this is what it's going to be going forwards there's not much left for me here, no local servers and now no ability to over level to compensate for a 200+ ping.

sadly i won't be maintaining a subscription to SWTOR anymore with the loss of the APAC servers, might go over to EVE online give it a try.

The thought behind the APAC server transfers is because most players from that zone had already purchased the game at release and rolled on US or EU servers, keep in mind that we are only getting these transfers after we have been playing on the new servers for more than a month and they won't begin until the end of May so count it as two. While it would be nice, they do not have to offer it to anyone else, they did not even have to give it to the APAC Red Zoners. so at very least don't expect it for another two months, and you can always re-roll on a new server if the population drops.

The Transfer will fail, this is covered in the transfers FAQs and I quote "You cannot exceed 8 characters (including transferred and non- transferred characters) on any given destination server." I hope this clears up any confusion.

Right now nothing. The transfers have been delayed until late April, more likely May do to legacy concerns, I hope they either merge for the first, so you are not penalized for making a new character, they just have to be wary of exploitation.

I don't think they let you have custom pics as your signature on these forums.

You could try and use something like Reduce the Lag as a VPN fix it has a free trial and set ups for SWTOR US servers, it might help your download speed. Also what telco are you with, they may be limiting the port it connects through.

you snooze you loose. most of us knew when the server were coming up as we kept in touch with the daisy chain, i made sure to camp the 8 names i wanted on the PvE server first chance I got, if you have a common name I feel bad that you lost your chance to be Vader or Darth or whatever, use this experience to pick a name that unique like Wyoming (you can't have Wyoming by the way) and let be your persona in this game, or add and x a - or a ' in there.

I used SLI 460s During 419 and stress had no issue other then flickering shadows on high, not sure if that was SLI related though.

It will read the card fine you don't have to worry about that, just plug in the card plug in the monitor and install windows as normal. Just make sure its fully plugged in, in the correct PCI-E slot and with the 6/8 pin connector plugged in(if it requires it).

They might but there are still many AUS/NZ players not in the EGA yet, myself included, I put off preordering until there was no chance of a surprise Oceanic release, and plenty of other Oceanic player have done the same, or shopped around for the best deal they could get.

no doubt he will tell you what I and others have told you. These server are only going to get worse as EGA goes on and on release they will be far worse. If you are not invested in your character or do not play late night and early morning I would suggest re-rolling on a new server.
